Staff were lovely but hotel room and general areas were all very dated and worn. Room was small by western standards but average for Japan.

This was probably a decent hotel 30 years ago. Back then, the carpet on the floor was probably beige, not gray and ripped and smelly. The linens probably didn't have holes. The walls and the lamp shade probably didn't have lots of stains. Now that I'm home, I'm feeling so relieved.

OK hotel
It's a regular business hotel in Japan. The hotel itself is not new, but their breakfast was very good.

海外のホテルのようなイメージでした。部屋の匂いを良く、なにより従業員の接客が非常にいい印象です。朝食は出来たてを提供してくれるので、朝から元気がでます。

いつもありがとうございます。
いつもスタッフのかたにも丁寧にお迎えしていただき安心して利用しております。ありがとうございます。 古い室内ですが掃除も隅々まで綺麗にしてあり過ごしやすかったです。 気になったのは…スリッパが使い捨てでなかったので使用しませんでした。 コロナ禍なのでエコではありませんが、袋に入った使い捨てスリッパの用意があれば良かったと思います。
清潔でしたし、空調もよくぐっすり眠れました。

まあ、それなりに。
おちついて滞在出来るホテル、新しさは無いけどそれなりに。 マッサージすら呼べないのには驚きでした。 駐車場、食事中は無料、宿泊者は￥1500って、高くかんじます。

施設備品はとても古くアメニティーもブラシが無かったです。隣の部屋の声はよく聞こえました。コロナの影響で朝食は、バイキングではなくプレートでの提供、スタッフは、ゴム手袋して配膳していました。全てのスタッフの方の対応は本当に良く素晴らしいです。この対応で全てが良く見えました。

受験用の宿としては最適
古いホテルでしたが、受験用の宿としては十分でした。駅の前がホテルなので楽でした。 朝食のビュッフェも美味しかったです。

建物は古かったですが、部屋の清掃もよくしてあり臭いもなく、不快感は全く無かったです。 この金額なら満足です。

スタッフの皆さんの対応も良かったです。 駅から近くて！ コーヒー好きとすると部屋の飲み物にスティックのコーヒーとかがあると嬉しいです。

コンセントが枕元になかったので枕元にあるとさらに嬉しかったです。お湯を沸かせる量が少なかったので大きければ良いと思います。

駅、タクシー乗り場、コンビニ、ガストなどがすぐ近くにあり、とても便利でした。 シャワーカーテンに髪の毛が残っていたのが残念でした。 廊下の絨毯が波打ってる箇所が所々あり、つまずきました。 荷物の発送の件で質問した男性のフロントの方の対応が無愛想でした。 翌日の朝の女性のフロントの方々は笑顔で対応してくださり、最後に良い気分でチェックアウトできました。 総合的に考えると安かったので、値段相応だと思いました。
