Carosello 3000 Mountain Park

Brand new residence that had only been open 10 days when we arrived. Over all a very enjoyable stay and we would most definitely return which says it all. Comfortable, clean and quiet accommodation, good location and pleasant staff. Room was obviously brand new and well fitted, nice bathroom (Porcelanosa fittings) plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. Bedding was changed every other day. Excellent WiFi and good TV. Good on site parking and the hotel is located opposite a small shopping arcade with lovely patisserie/coffee shop, small supermarket and pharmacy so everything you need is at hand. Didn’t try the breakfast but the breakfast room did look very nice. Overall very nice and exactly what we wanted which was a nice central place to stay with easy access to Milan and the surrounding areas.

A nice hotel with excellent friendly staff. As with lots of hotels there was the almost obligatory mould around the bath sealant but all things considered a reasonable stay for the money. The only downside is location which, according to the booking system, doesn't seem far from the airport. It would certainly take much longer than indicated to walk there and at 3.00 a.m. wasn't an attractive destination for taxis. If you stay there use the shuttle bus which runs every 30 minutes and costs 15 Euros for two people.

For a 4 star hotel, it looks a bit dated but room and facilities were good. No kitchenette in the 2 bedroom suite, not even a microwave to heat up a soup or milk. It is on the corner of the Main Street so very convenient location. It’s not cheap but nothing is in Cortina. Parking is hit and miss, they only have a few places available. Breakfast was good, with the usual offerings: yogurt (plenty of tastes), egg, bacon, cereal, ham, cheese and very tasty pastries, including croissants.
