No water in the room on the last day. Could not take shower, even worse, toilet did not work. Never imagined we could not take shower in BW Plus. Very unpleasant experience

Loved everything about our stay here. Excellent location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Within walking distance to restaurants and gift shops and horseback riding. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with many options.

Staff was kind and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. Largest free breakfast provided free of charge.

They allowed us to check in early when we got to the hotel earlier than expected. Breakfast was great (huge buffet options). Go over to Ruby's for dinner (across the street - part of the same hotel group). It's amazing and very well priced!

Clean and comfortable, but it would be very nice to have seating in the dining area - with coffee - in the wee hours. My wife wakes VERY early and likes to sit and sip coffee and read - at a table. This hotel does not have that, and for breakfast, they have someone checking off the rooms. Is there really a population of locals who sneak in for breakfast? The fellow checking the room numbers off is very pleasant, but I don't understand why the hotel has that system. Ruby's seems to own the entire town - so if someone DID sneak in, are they really losing much? The experience was good enough - but we had just come from the Hampton Inn for our visit to Zion National Park and it was a much nicer place.

Had to visit the front desk 3 times to replace the keycards that would stop working. Staff gave us wrong information. Dryer ran for an hour and left our clothes soaking wet.

The room was fantastic. The breakfast was great--staff in the breakfast room were kind, helpful, quickly cleaning up. The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful.

Check in was a great experience. I did not get the name of the staff but he was on exchange from Brazil. He was so engaging and interesting and made the whole process a pleasant experience. He gave an amazing start to our stay.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a visit to Bryce Canyon. It is located within walking distance of restaurants, the Visitor Center, and pick up point for the shuttle that takes you into the Park.

Hotel looks newly updated. The room was great and the lobby was very beautiful. The only problem was that the hot tub was not working. The only option was to go to the sister hotel across the street.

Very clean with friendly staff and a really nice buffet breakfast. Keep in mind that the first number on your key is NOT the floor, but the building number. That was not explained to us at the desk so we had a hard time finding our room. When the shuttles are running you can walk to the pickup area. There are rodeos as well as bike and ATV rentals as well. After breakfast there is no other food available at lunch or dinner. However, across the street are various options with the Ruby Inn Buffet being the best in our opinion. Full salad bar, chicken, pork, pasta, veggies etc as well as dessert items. For $17 it is a bargain in a place where 2 6inch Subway sandwiches were $23!

The moment we arrived at the property we were engulfed in terrible sewage odor that never left in the two days. At the check in the lady didn't even greet us, nevermind welcoming us to the hotel. She seemed annoyed for some reason. Arriving at the room we were met yet again with a terrible smell, and the carpet was wet. We wondered if someone peed all over the floor. It was disgusting. Fortunately they did give us a different room on a higher floor which made for a more pleasant evening. I feel like this hotel has great potential. With some renovating and getting rid of those terrible smells, it could be a wonderful place.

Rustic looking hotel with nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Very nice entrance with high wooden ceilings in a "cabin" feel. Very comfortable, pillow like bed and nice size room. Liked the bathroom with the separated sinks from tub/toilet. Good variety for the included breakfast. A 7-minute walk to the Ruby's Inn restaurant. The Bryce Canyon parking for the shuttle is very close.
