"Amazing hotel with true 5 star amenities and service. Location is great, a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but within a few minutes walking distance. Opting for the lake view rooms is definitely worth it. Staff was also fantastic, especially at the front desk. They went above and beyond was expected from them. The only thing that falls short of 5* is the Juliette restaurant (which also serves the breakfast). Several dishes don't taste as good as you would expect. For...

"Location is great, near to transportation and tourist spots. What I didn’t like the door knob. Needs the real key to unlock and lock inside and outside knob. I was so scary when my husband went to get something downstairs. He locked the door and not realizing that I can’t leave if there’s an emergency without the key. It’s an old way to unlock. it is not safe for guests inside the room without any key to unlock the door. They have to check for the safety of their guests. "
