"We arrived late and just wanted to get our room and sleep. Night clerk was indifferent at best, no information on hotel amenities, breakfast times, Wi-Fi etc… We were in Fiuggi for a romantic weekend. The room did not add to that. First flag of trouble was when we got to the door, as we put the key in the lock, the door swung open, made a mental note to use the room safe. Only problem was could not, it was locked. "I was booked for 3 days, I left after 1. Nothing but problems at this hotel and my room had cockroaches, live and dead. Gross. They gave me a different room but I did not feel comfortable.
