What a fantastic hotel!
Upon arrival, they took our bags and rather than queueing they led us to a seat, gave us cold water and a cold compress.
We stayed on the 58th floor and we
Paid for for the lounge access which I think is well worth it.
Rooms were spacious, had a seperate lounge area, huge bathroom with a bath and shower. Balcony with a view of the river.
Breakfast was the best I have ever had. Everything you can imagine. Indian, Thai, Italian, fry up, Japanese. Different cuts of bread,cheese, meats, sushi. Different stations where people made fresh eggs, fry ups, papaya salad etc.
The lounge itself had a nice viewpoint, you can have free snacks and drinks untill 6pm (beer,wine,spirits,4 cocktails and soft drinks).
Service was impeccable.

"An older hotel, with very very old school charm. Needs a make over to get rid of the 70’s and 80’s odor. The staff did accommodate my issue of noise from the night club in the lobby of the hotel. Decent gym and grat roof top pool."

"Very good, apart from being put in a room directly beneath their bar/club on floor 32 which played loud music till 0100. They were able to move us the next day to a nicer room albeit 16 floors lower down. Service was great and place was well kept."
