Parking: You are permitted to pay and park for $10 per day in the guest parking lot of The Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Waterfront hotel (35 Lockwood Dr.) The Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Waterfront hotel is the yellow high-rise hotel adjacent to the marina. Go up the stairs to the hotel front desk to purchase your parking pass. Directions to marina: After you pay and park, walk up to the sidewalk and turn right on Lockwood Drive (the Marriott Courtyard hotel will be behind you). Walk towards the green “Calhoun Street” sign and turn right into the marina with the blue sign that reads: Harborage at Ashley Marina. The captain will meet you in front of the gray marina building 15 minutes before your charter time.

Det kan du forvente

Vælg mellem et 2,5-timers eftermiddags- eller solnedgangscruise for op til seks gæster. Gå derefter til Ashleys marina for at møde din kaptajn. Gå om bord på “Esprit de Joy”, og slap af på denne 35 fods luksussejlbåd. Sejl langs Charleston Battery, og beundr den spektakulære udsigt over Charlestons centrum undervejs.

Sejl forbi halvøen og se mange andre ikoniske vartegn, bl.a. Castle Pickney, Ravenel Bridge og USS Yorktown. Se Fort Sumter, som blev bygget for at beskytte mod en flådeinvasion. Medbring dine egne drikkevarer og snacks, som du kan nyde under turen.
