Spacious condo with private entry into the living room with a comfy couch, tv, dining table, desk and kitchenette. The living area and the bedroom both have ceiling fans and air conditioner units to keep comfortable all year round. The bedroom has a comfortable king bed and plenty of pillows to enjoy a good night sleep after living the island life. The condo has fast reliable wifi for those that need to work and play on vacation or for streaming your favorite shows on the smart tv. The kitchenette is well equipped with 3 electric burners, cookware, flatware, dishes, sink, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge with small freezer area. Also included is a yoga mat and books for some relaxing.
Located in the quiet neighborhood of Iron Shore in the Half Moon Bay neighborhood of West End. The condo community has a large pool, sun deck and palapa, ocean entry for great snorkeling and swimming. A short 5-7 minute stroll along a paved access to West End Village center, Half Moon Bay beach. Along the way, there are plenty of dive operators, restaurants and cafes, gym, and beach bars to enjoy. This condo is in walking distance to everything in West End as the Village is less than one mile from point to point. I really enjoy walking the Village in the morning and along the beach to enjoy a jungle hill walk and cafe. The location in the Village offers the ease of being part of the party but far enough way to enjoy the tranquility of island life, quiet, star gazing, and island breeze.
