The resort is known for its beautiful location near the Spanish Water, a popular spot for water sports and sailing.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find various beaches, restaurants, and beach clubs.
The popular Jan Thiel Beach is just a few minutes’ drive from the villa, where you’ll find restaurants, beach clubs, and water sports activities.
Mambo Beach Boulevard is also about a 15-minute drive away.

Jan Sofat 57 is professionally managed by CAYA Property Management, a locally operated vacation rental company.
Our team is available throughout your stay to answer questions, provide recommendations, or assist with reservations on the island.

ACCESS TO THE VILLA
The villa is located within the secure Jan Sofat resort, which is guarded 24 hours a day.

Before your arrival, you will receive a unique e-pass with a QR code. This QR code grants you access to the entrance of the Jan Sofat resort. Please make sure to have the code on your phone ready.

Free private parking is available in the villa’s driveway for two cars. In addition, there is ample free parking available in front of the property.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and may incur an additional fee.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Normal consumption of water and electricity is included in the rental price.
To encourage responsible use, a daily limit applies.
For electricity consumption exceeding 35 kWh per day, $0.50 per additional kWh will be charged, and for water consumption exceeding 0.75 m³ per day, $10 per additional m³ will be charged.
