good, reliable and love the airport shuttle. Only negative was some hairs on the bathroom floor and bathtub and flickering light in the bathroom. But the sheets and towels were clean, so overall fine

Very helpful staff. Easy access to freeway to town and very close to main Richmond area and has shuttle serve to airport and easy parking. Cheerful and fun messages on phone menu and mugs.

Great location near the airport. We had a late flight so had to take a taxi from the airport but Accent reimbursed us. Great shuttle service the next day to the airport!! Thankyou!!

We had two different rooms during our stay. The first was a 1 bedroom suite which was very noisy as it was on the corner of the building closest to the highway and the 2 windows were not sound proofed at all. The dishes in the kitchenet still had food stuck to them from the previous guest and we were missing several items that we had to call the front desk for. The bedroom had a very musty smell and based on the water damage in the ceiling and walls I'm guessing that's why. The wallpaper in the very small bathroom was also pealing off the wall. During our second night someone cut the catalytic converter out of our car which was parked in the corner of the hotel parking lot across from our room. When I asked the staff about security cameras they said they aren't always monitored but said they could get the security footage from that night for me and they would call me when they had it. No one ever called me back. Our second room was a conventional hotel room with two beds and it was much nicer and wasn't so run down.

This is a motel that has had a complete overhaul . We had a Junior suite . With the bedroom to the back of the hotel room it was so quiet. Beds were comfortable, and room was clean . Staff was helpful and the grounds are very well kept. Having the shuttle to and from airport is nice. if you arrive after shuttle hours they will pay for your cab if you have a receipt. They want you to use Richmond cabs, when u get into the line up outside the airport you really can’t pick your cab. When it is your turn you jump in what ever cab is available

Missing micro wave in the room. The room feel like half upgraded or renovated. Like the bathroom is outdated but the bed and furniture are new. Overall is still pretty nice compared to other hotel in the area

Well located by the airport and highways . A good choice for early morning flights and the regular shuttle to the airport is a good service . Unfortunately the Hot tub is not in service

Was all good except for the person who decided to violently bang on multiple doors at 4am. Obviously not the hotels fault but given the open access to rooms it can happen here.
