Upon check in we were shown a basement room which was not what we booked (terrible )we booked cleopatra villas the Harbour and we got this ,there was hardly any service and we had a construction sight outside our door at 8 veery day (not happy) the noise from the ajoining room was bad ,over all not a good stay ..what wean wrong with the booking ????

Angela’s booking was made in Nov-2019, when she chose the cheapest apartment option but on arrival in Mar-2020 expected the most expensive option. As there was no response to any of my earlier correspondence sent to Angela, I anticipated there may be a communication issue on arrival, especially since Angela was coming from a non English speaking country. To resolve the issue Angela was immediately upgraded to a much larger apartment, with a better sea-view at no extra cost and during her stay appeared to be very happy. I personally made daily checks to ensure that all was well and assisted with all request for tours and transport. Unfortunately, against my advice, Angela went and bath on an end of the beach which has big waves this time of the year and was red flagged. From Angela’s personal account, whilst she had her back to the sea a big wave knocked her over and she had to be rescued to avoid drowning. The beach experience left Angel with a swollen leg and limping for the rest of her holiday, which added to her initial booking error/issue led to a not very enjoyable holiday. Some finishing work was being done to the exterior of building next door, which I received no complaints about from Angela or other guests in the remaining apartments; so am surprised at seeing it mention in Angela’s review. We attempt to speak daily to our guests, to quickly address any issues and offer tips and advice, to help them have a pleasant experience.
