Cozy SK Cottage 💜

Come be our guest in South County R.I.
Our SK cottage is set on a half acre, surrounded by trees and natural brush, giving a private feel, but is in between two quiet residential neighborhoods and is within walking distance to a DD coffee shop, mini mart, Pizzeria, and ice cream shop.
10-15 minutes away from URI, SK Beaches, Wakefield Town center, Narragansett, and 25 minutes to Newport.

Warm and inviting. The cottage has the feeling of getting away but being close to it all.
The property has a calming vibe and don’t be surprised if you see little bunnies, birds, and even deer walking through.💗 Relax and unwind under the pergola. Enjoy a fire and make s’mores (personal favorite) with the stone fire-pit. The outdoor space is one of my favorite places and we are excited for you to make memories and connect in this very special space.

Wonderful adventure

Property is nestled away, very peaceful and quiet. Lovely fire pit area. Great location near shops, restaurants of every type, and access to roadways. We explored colleges, many parks on the ocean, Newport, Providence and Narragansett. Loved it all and hope to return. The cottage was wonderfully appointed with everything you need.

Weekend Stay for LAX Tournament

We stayed at Cozy Cottage while in town for our son’s lacrosse tournament at URI and I can’t underscore enough just how pleased we were with our stay. Sara has truly thought of all the details, right down to the chilled glasses in the freezer! Location is super convenient and the property was exceptionally clean. Sara is also very responsive with her communication and made check-in a breeze. We will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself!

Amazing!

Loved this home! So cozy, warm and inviting. The host make it extra special. It's close to many great places in RI. My only regret is not staying longer. I want to go back! Highly recommend this beautiful rental.

Cute & Cozy Cottage with great outdoor space

The bedrooms are cozy and the gathering spaces are large. The living room has plenty of space to gather and the outdoor firepit with covered sitting area is another nice place to spread out. You'll find everything you need for your stay and well as a few personal welcoming touches.

Accurate discription

This was a first time renting from vrbo for us as we haven't been able to get away for years because we are dog lovers. This home allowed us to bring them and everything was as pictured and expected. Home was immaculate and there were small welcoming touches as well as coffee and water.

URI Visit

My family and I stayed for the weekend to attend URIs homecoming. This was less than a 5 minute drive to campus. The property was just as shown in the pictures. We had six adults and used the provided blow up to sleep in the living room. It is a clean and beautiful place that was stocked with everything we.needed. The yard was private and we took advantage of relaxing outside with a fire in the fire pit. Would be happy to return if needed.

The location is perfect! Close to everything. The house is charming, well equipped with a yard that is perfect for family and friends or just a a night to relax under the stars. We stayed for 4 nights while my son graduated from OCS|/Navy. Definitely would book again!! Thank you Sara!

I found the home comfortable, quiet, and restful at the end of the 2 evenings of wedding activities. The home is set in a convienient location of being tucked away in a quiet wooded corner lot yet easy access for travel to popular restaurants and attractions the South Kingstown area has to offer. I enjoyed my stay at this charming place. It’s very clean, nicely decorated (modern-ish with warmth), and thoughtfully appointed. Conveniently located to many of the walking spots I was interested in. Lots of places to sit outside. Sara is gracious and very helpful.

Spectacular home; what a treasure!

My family stay at Sara's cottage was perfect. The home is just beautiful: It includes all of the amenities you could desire, was impeccably clean and just incredibly inviting. It seemed like the hosts thought of every detail. The accommodations were modern and bright -- lots of extra blankets, tons of games, and a generous supply of coffee and goodies for travelers. Everything worked perfectly in the home. The hosts left convenient instructions, too. Nothing was overlooked! This is one of the best properties we've ever stayed at and I would return in a heartbeat.

Great vacation rental

We loved our time at this cozy cottage. The place was immaculate, and we felt right at home the second we walked in the door. My mom noted that the detail in the decor of the cottage was perfect. The host was thoughtful and left us some treats to enjoy. Our host Sara was quick to respond to any questions I had. The new addition of the hot tub was a great surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend staying at this great vacation gem.

Really nice stay close to campus

Super close to URI and close to all of the beautiful areas like Narragansett and Newport and the ferry to Block Island. Enjoyed the privacy of the yard with fire pit and hot tub. Many little touches to make us feel welcome in the home.

Fun stay

Nice house, small but adequate space. Very well stocked with all you might need. Outside was large open space with nice unattached patio area. Dog loved it. Hot tub rocked! New and really nice jets. Very relaxing.

SK cozy Cottage

Lovely stay in a perfect location to everything! Host Sara & Dan thought of everything from lint rollers to pet bags, to water in the fridge for our trips. Quiet location and gorgeous pergola with fire pit and dog run for our fur babies to explore the yard. All in all it was honestly the perfect place.

Perfect Stay

Stayed Mon - Fri in July. Host were very responsive, when propane was out quickly had it refilled. House personal touches are well thought out with every thing you might need on hand, left little treats upon arrival, provided coffee, trash bags, paper towels, beach chairs (brand new and comfy)-saved us a lot of room in the car. Super clean, organized and adorably decorated. Property super private and large, beds comfy, linens and towels high end and cozy. We chose to not stay next to the beach in exchange for a larger property for our dogs, and so glad we did. Everything felt super accessible, short drive to beaches. House in neighborhood setting so plenty of places to walk. My only suggestion would be an outdoor hose to rinse off after the beach, we knew there wasn't one (that we could find) so we rinsed our feet/chairs at the beach. We enjoyed the property so much we ate in for most meals, highly recommend Manenuks Oyster Bar (make reservations weeks in advance) and Monahans clam shack for take out seafood -long line went fast, order a beer while you wait, picnic tables to eat there. Best doughnuts I ever had a mile away by URI, I forget the name, but in shopping center by college (next to Caliente's Mexican). Thank you!

Perfect little getaway cottage

My husband and I, our adult son, and his partner stayed in this adorable cottage for two nights and couldn’t have been more comfortable. The property was spotless, exactly like the pictures, and the kitchen was well appointed. The owners sweetly left us some little extras which made us feel especially welcome. We’d gladly stay here again!
