Great Home Base
This was a great little place that was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the armless futon sofa was pretty uncomfortable. After a long day of hiking, we would have loved to relax and watch TV, but it just wasn’t possible and there was no TV in the bedroom. I would also recommend adding an extension cord for the cute bedside lamps. The only way to turn them on was to move the nightstand and reach far behind the headboard, so they were virtually unusable. Pool was really chilly in October, but we didn’t mind. It was a great way to ice sore muscles.

Great place to use as homebase for hiking.
This one bedroom with full kitchen was perfect for our stay in the Sedona area for hiking. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels, including big ones to use at the pool. It was close to hiking trails and far away from the crowds and traffic in Sedona. Not a lot of rules for checkout: just put the used linens and towels in a pile, put away all dishes, and take out trash. The whole apartment was super clean. We also enjoyed the pool every afternoon after hiking. We would stay here again.

Nice condo in a quiet location
We enjoyed the condo and the location was perfect for us. We could walk to restaurants and access hiking trails in a short drive. Kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately the springs are gone in the sleeper sofa so it was not comfortable for sleeping.

Clean, well stocked kitchen with the extras such as coffee, salt pepper, paper towels and mayo, dressing. The main bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed this spot and would rebook.

I like that the property looked well kept. The landscape was cared for and very clean. The neighbors were very quiet and respectful. Overall a very nice condo and i would stay there agin.

loved the place! super nice and well located. everything was very clean and comfortable. Only issue is sink faucet would open randomly so we put a cup to stop it. but more of a : I dont want to waste water thing than something that bothered me!

Good Oak Creek Village Location
Nice clean unit walking distance to restaurants, short drive to groceries and highway 17. Should have had hand soap at sinks. Would stay again, Oak Creek Village location is much less congested then Sedona city.

Very Nice and Very Clean
I really enjoyed this rental. My husband and I and our 16 year old son stayed her for a long weekend. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and they are good too! We had a wonderful time. It was a very clean and nicely decorated rental. Would highly recommend. We didn’t really need to interact with the owner at all because it was a very seamless stay. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great place, clean!!
Pretty good place overall. Had a crummy shower, pillows were hard, kitchen sink faucet didn’t shut off or bless you propped something up against it and hard to open kitchen cabinets due to no handles.

Great location and nice unit
Overall it’s a decent place. We are tolerable of a strange tub/shower situation - a new tub/shower head would be a massive improvement. We made it work. Also the first night there was a leak in the bathroom sink that left my toiletries and cosmetics soaking wet. I’m waiting for a response to a request for compensation to replace my things. They did get a plumber out right away to fix the leak. The rest of the place was nice. Internet good. Dishes clean and all the supplies are there. Carpet clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. Pulls on the cabinets would be a nice addition. The location can’t be beat for convenience. Great grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants very close as well amazing hiking and climbing!

Very nice
We stayed here for a mountain bike getaway. We were able to walk to the local bike shop, rent bikes and go straight on the trails. Place is very clean. Would recommend getting knobs on the kitchen cabinets to make it easier to open/close but otherwise really nice place and definitely recommend.

Great escape
The apartment was very nice and clean. They had real, usable, unburned pots! That was the best for me. House stocked with everything you need. Check out was too early, especially with the rule that you have to basically clean the apartment. That was only thing i didnt like. But i would def recommend and stay here again.
