Really like that they picked us up from the airport and let us check in early. Also, shuttle to the mall for free. Nice pool and hot tub and game room.

The bathroom had ants in it. we had to lay down towels on the washroom floor just to use it as there were initially right when we enter the room about five spotted. The room had a lot of dust everywhere, and we actually had to go out to the grocery store and buy antibacterial spray just to spray our bed sheets and the curtains. The curtains in the rooms are partially transparent so people can see in if they look hard enough. The phones in the room do not work. You can call the front desk and you can hear them, but they cannot hear you.
The rooms are very humid and musky. If you have allergies or any skin conditions like eczema, I definitely would not recommend staying here.
The front desk staff was not very kind, they did not know how to greet customers and we’re not very clear while speaking, and it came across as them being annoyed at us.
Definitely would not recommend for families or couples. It appears and is more like a truck stop hotel.
Only thing that we enjoyed was the breakfast.

Our favorite hotel in Seatac! Friendly staff and great breakfast. Nice pool/hot tub, workout room and gane room, too.
