First I would like to say thanks to all the staff at this Hotel! They were so kind, professional, friendly, helpful and treated our dog so well. You guys are Amazing!! The hotel was clean, the bathrooms are large which is really nice, the room was great, there are 2 workout areas and it’s super walkable to many things. Great hotel bar as well. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel started out at the beginning, kind of OK the rooms that I requested we did not get! Somebody pulled a fire alarm which they made us all get out of the hotel in the middle of the night! Then there was a cleaning service that they had to do on both floors that my brother and myself were in the hotel and we literally had to get out of the room then they rescheduled it for the following day so it was just a mess. After this so-called dry shampoo, cleaning service on the carpets the room smelled like a wet dog. The hallway smelled like wet dog, and it was just ridiculous. Some of the floor was still wet inside of our rooms so I was not too pleased.

The property is marketed as parking on property however they had a full valet every day we went. They advised we park somewhere offsite, far away

I would recommend staying at The Alexis! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the location is amazing if you're wanting to go and visit waterfront, Pike Place or go to one of the arena's for an event and our room was clean and modern. The area that the hotel is in is also very safe feeling both during the daytime and the evening.

The employees at his hotel are excellent and a special shout out to the front desk staff! Great location and an easy walk to the Piers. We were in Seattle for a Mariners and a Kraken game and both were easy to get to from the hotel. Wish there was breakfast available within the hotel and room service would have been nice but there were enough options close by that we didn't feel too put out. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks so much Sheila - we are working hard on the breakfast program and room service - from permits to staffing it has been a Titanic process - but coming soon! Yep you can walk to the Mariners and Kraken games (bit of a walk to the Kraken games - but its good to work off the beer!

Everyone was SO friendly and helpful! Thank you for being so sweet to our dog! The only downside was that we believed there would be guaranteed parking and there wasn't. We ended up having to park blocks away, which was a bit stressful. But otherwise, it was excellent!! Can't wait to come back!
