Mold
Opslået 24. feb. 2019 på HotelsOK stay, except there was mold in both the bathroom and on the ceiling at the outer wall.
Also when I came back to the hotel the 2.day the keylock was malfunctioning which toke them approx 45 minutes to fix. The batteries was dried out, and this obviously can happen, but they could have offered a complimentary drink while I was waiting.
I wont go again, but mostly due to the mold.

I didn’t like the breakfast. The potatoes were supposed to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside but they were just soggy and also the French toast sticks were soggy as well. Only one choice of protein. I don’t even like sausage links. They should’ve had at least something else. They should always have bacon. The only good part about breakfast was the omelet station.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff friendly. One thing I didn’t like was the shower head.

This property is conveniently located by the 680 Highway. I have stayed numerous times and the hotel has been quiet and the condition of the property has always been excellent. This time around, our room was located next door to 5 boys under the age of 12 or 13 years old. We have been gone most of the day because we were with family for Easter Sunday. We arrived at the hotel around 10 pm. The boys next door were jumping around the room from 10 pm to 11 pm when I decided to call the front desk. Apparently, I was the second person to complain about the noise. Security was sent to the room and the noise stopped for about 30 minutes then started up again for another 10 to 15 minutes then the boys finally stopped. The boys had no adult supervision because the parents were in another room. Your hotel policy should not allow underage children to be in a room without an adult. Thank you Hotel Security for your prompt attention.

Super friendly staff. Great food. Close and convenient to all our needs and wants. Super warm pool and the kids LOVED it!!
There was a conference and the people kept asking us to join. They were not taking no for an answer and it was a little annoying.
