North Park is the kind of neighborhood that rewards the curious: walkable, local, and genuinely its own world. And from here, all of San Diego comes easily: the Zoo, Balboa Park, the Convention Center, and the airport are all a short drive away, while the city's best dining, coffee, and culture are practically at the door.



Come home each evening to quiet. Everything else is within easy reach.



Guest Access:

You’ll have a private entrance, a carport for one car, and an accessible ramp for easy entry to the house.



The Neighborhood:

North Park moves at its own pace; tree-lined streets, independent coffee shops, and some of San Diego's best restaurants within walking distance. And when the city calls, it answers quickly: Balboa Park, the Zoo, and downtown are all just minutes away.



Getting Around:

San Diego's best spots are scattered across the city. Renting a car is the easiest way to explore beaches and neighborhoods, though public transit and ride-share are available.



Other Things to Note:

• Landscaping: Grounds are maintained every Tuesday around 11:00 am and typically wrap up within 40 minutes.

• Robes: Plush robes are provided for in-home use and kindly ask that they remain on the property.
