Fint hotel
Kæmpe morgenbuffet. Godt udbud af fælles aktiviteter. Grundig rengøring. I gåafstand til masser af restauranter og barer. Butikscentrene i nærheden er dog i den lidt slidte ende. Eneste anke ved hotellet er at vi på afrejsedagen blev vækket af rengøringen kl. 8.30 - det kunne de godt have koordineret bedre

Good stay with a bad start
It started out very bad I got a room where people have been smoking very much. I could hardly sleep and got a new room the day after. I dont understand how the use a room with that smell. The new room was better and the stay turned out great. The gym is amazing, the food is good. I would give the hotel 3 star instead of 4 because the room are old. Still a good stay cause its very cheap.

We are very concerned to learn of your disappointing experience during your stay and would like to apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We re sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. The Hotel has been renovated a couple of years ago and we make special decorations for Christmass, New Year.s Eve, St. Valentines, Carnival, etc... allthroughout the year. Anyway the Hotel is decorated in a modern style, with colours, fresh flowers in vases, natural gardens all around the area, big windows to let the sunlight in, etc... Der stå der er minibar, ja, men den er tom. Der står der er free kildevand på værelset. Der stod 1 flaske kilde vand, da vi ankom, den skulle så holde til alle 8 dage, da der ikke efterfølgende blev sat ny klidevand på værelserne.

Forvirret indtjekning; reception kan ikke finde reservation, finder den efter lang tids søgning og ændrer værelsesnummer på solrig forside af hotel med retteblæk(?) til værelse på bagside, 1. etage, umiddelbart ovenfor hotellets udluftningssystem og 3 stk. store gas-tanke!? Virker ikke klargjort til gæster-altanmøbler i en stabel inde i værelset? Nøglekort virker ikke.. tilbage til reception og klage over værelse. Nyt værelse på 3. sal og forside; tilfredsstillende. Nu OK m. air-con, godt - lidt slidt badeværelse, effektiv daglig rengøring undtagen overflader i værelset, meget tynde vægge men ellers tilfredsstillende. GOD fast stor seng. Gratis wifi til grin.. virker sporadisk og med hyppige udfald og med alt for begrænset båndbredde, med mindre man vil betale. Omfattende all-inklusive koncept, fortrinsvis serviceminded personale overalt. OK lille fitness, wellness chill-out område OK, stort pool-område med mange sol-senge. I forhold til prisen fik jeg rigtigt meget for pengene - kan anbefale stedet, hvis man er til laid-back ferie, hvor al mad og drikke er inkl. 24/7.. og man ikke føler sig generet af horder af "mig-først" med-turister med BMI på "ekstrem". Her er ikke tale om luksus-hotel, slet ikke, men absolut 4 små stjerner værd.

Værelset indrettet som beskrevet v. reservation;ekstrabetaling for køleskab,safe og internet virker dog uprofessionelt for et hotel med så mange stjerner. Stor restaurant med vildt dårlig akustik - lyder som afgangshal i lufthavn; maden rigelig men smager i store træk af ingenting. Personalet overalt "professionel høfligt" - hverken mere eller mindre. Gode pools - lukker dog kl. 18... længe før solen!!, OK fitness "mini" med Technogym maskiner og cross/cykler/løbebånd. Central beliggenhed - 10 min. gang fra Yumbo.

Lækkert hotel med flotte værelser
Mit ophold på hotellet var generelt meget godt. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme, værelserne var rigtig lækre og maden var også god! Dog var rengøringen ikke til at prale over, da der ikke blev gjort meget andet end at det samme lagen blev lagt mere eller mindre sjusket på igen, til trods for at der var lagt drikkepenge hver dag! Ikke det man forventer af et finere hotel. Men derudover var der absolut intet ar klage over!

Just spent a week at the Gran Canaria Princess. We were really happy with this professionally run hotel. From the first moment a welcoming and professional reception staff, to the restaurant and bar staff who were very attentive and the housekeepers who made up our room every day. We were all inclusive and found the range of food and drink on offer to be excellent. We are not fussy people who insist on drinking certain brands but were aware we can pay for them at the bar, or simply go all inclusive plus, we stayed All Inc. The hotel was clean throughout, the quiet bar area had a very good feel to it and we enjoyed relaxing here in the evenings. The pool patio area is quite large. The dress code is explicit but isn’t implemented at the restaurant in the evenings. Many a time we saw people in pool wear eating in the evening. We saw a young group who brought their friends in that were not staying in this hotel most days who not only had drinks from the all inclusive self service, but also attended meals that they clearly hadn't paid for.

Il y a quelques efforts à faire : pour les chambres, literie et sbd OK, en revanche le simple vitrage rend l'impression que vos voisins qui discutent sur le balcon sont sur votre lit. De même les rideaux sont tamisant et pas occultant, vue les leds fixées sur les palmiers en facade des chambres, il serait nécessaire de revoir ce point. Question nourriture c'est pas mal, j'ai vu mieux mais aussi moins bon. Animations musicales pratiquement tous les soirs. Globalement plutôt positif.

A nice clean hotel with plenty of activities going on. I particularly liked the heated pool which is great in the winter and also the easy access to all the facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is kept immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

Its a very nice Hotel, clean and beautiful outside the pool area, but the pool water was very cold ,that slmost no body was in ever. People are so crazy to get the best spot around the pool, in order to tan that some are so greedy and selfish, that are reserving the long chairs very early in the mornings. The food was plenty and good,the personel people working very fast and hart to please us👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏 I wish they could make some better desserts.

We had an amazing time at Gran Princess Hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy everyday, great activities around the pool side. Fantastic food, the entertainments were so much fun. I wish there were more adults in general rather than senior citizens. Although it’s called a Princess Hotel adults only;)

Love this hotel. Our second visit & it was even better than the last. The heated pool is much warmer than last year & very enjoyable. Very clean & food above average for all inclusive. Staff can’t do enough for you & no queues for drinks. Plenty of sun beds as long as you don’t want the top spots. Thank you for another relaxed & pleasant stay.

Gran Canaria princess
Hôtel avec un gardien pour surveiller le parking qui est gratuit.Nous étions en demie pension les repas du matin et du soir sont très bon.Hôtel propre les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Les concerts et spectacles en décembre sont a l'interieure de l' hôtel. Une partie de la piscine et chauffé a 24,5mais il y avait beuacoup de vent donc peu de monde dans l'eau.Le coin spa et bien mais il manque quelque degrès dans les jacuzzis .Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
