En gentagelse værd
Fint værelse, flot havudsigt, dejligt at solen kun står ind på balkonen om morgenen. Flot buffet morgen og aften. Meget vendlige tjenere. Iritterende at man skal tilkøbe internet adgang, og det er så dyrt. Lettere fortræden receptionist den første dag med et begrænset engelsk. Resten var flinke.

The Hand Shower was broken, so you only can shower when sitting. The big pool was a bit heated, kids pool was freezing cold, not good for our 3 y o. The view from our room was perfekt. We had cockroaches in our room. The dinner was good for me, great salad buffet. But not for my husband, meat and main dishes were not good in quality and selection. To use the inside pool in the spa you need to pay 15€ per person a day. For one small pool the kid would use for maybe an hour, this is way too expensive. Didn’t expect to pay anything, not very attractive.

Great value clean and friendly stay
Excellent stay. Great value. Food was great staff friendly. Loved it when staff showed you to a table rather than the usual all inclusive scrum to get seated together. Food refreshed frequently and wide variety to suit picky kids. Hardly any queues to bar. Ok the lifts are a bit slow but if that’s the negative …. Definitely visit again

Muy recomendable, excelente ubicación y servicios
Excelente ubicación del hotel, muy buen trato y atención del personal. Habitación familiar para 4 personas limpia y muy grande, con unas vistas al mar magníficas. Instalaciones y servicios muy completos y el buffet de media pensión bastante variado. Muy recomendable para disfrutar unos días en la isla de Tenerife ya que está bien comunicado para desplazarse en coche y dispones de plaza de parking (de pago) en el propio hotel. Seguramente optaré por el mismo hotel si vuelvo a visitar Tenerife.

Habitación standar decoración completamente obsoleta, mal insonorizada con puerta que daba a otra habitación y que los niños de al lado intentaban abrir (teníamos 2 habitaciones pero no comunicadas entre sí, se comunicaban con otros clientes. Pocos enchufes pedimos regletas y nos dieron la dirección de una ferretería (tenemos el mapa) Aire acondicionado ruidoso y sin marcas en el termostato Baño anticuado con una sola pastilla de jabón y dispensadores de gel, mala iluminación 1 solo enchufe Intentamos cancelar pero no fue posible sin penalización y el reembolso tampoco era posible, se pago en el hotel y tardaban más de 7 días El buffet era de muy bajo nivel, habíamos comprado el pack completo, e intentamos anular el primer dia. Pero hoteles.com dijo que lo tenía que hacer el hotel y el hotel que hoteles.com Solo hemos desayunado 2 personas. En la semana solo hicimos 2 cenas en los restaurantes de las instalaciones también bastante mejorables También hay un sistema de reserva de horarios para el desayuno y comidas cuártelario , que tampoco evita las colas Igualmente los ascensores o están mal programado o son pinsuficientes . Mejor por las escaleras Las instalaciones de las piscinas con tumbona también suponen cierta habilidad para coger alguna . Como no viajábamos con niños no podemos decir nada de ese tema Hemos pagado la estancia del parking La situación del hotel es buena , te permite ir a cualquier otro sitio rápidamente EL PERSONAL es 10

Food was good, pool area well taken care off and staff in the pool bar area well helpful and very friendly. The lounge bar often had queues in the evening thought the staff worked very hard to keep things moving. Didn’t like the fact that only local spirits on offer for all inclusive and full price charged for branded spirits. Other hotel I have visited charged a supplement not full price.

Big and uninspiring
It’s a huge complex which was catering mainly for older and mainly German people. The staff were friendly. The lifts: only two out of three worked. In a full board or half board hotel like this the food was of poor quality. I suppose if you want lots of cheap food, this is the place. It’s a little out of the old town but is set near some fine coast with surfers enjoying the great waves.

Excellent.
Very good food, great service and friendly staff. Room very big and comfortable with great views. Clientele older so entertainment was focused on the older generation but still pleasant. Entertainment staff very friendly and really gave us great attention. Hotel location is fantastic, close to everything you could need.

La ville superbe, l'hôtel limite .
Bon séjour , concernant la ville que nous connaissions, agréable, sauf que l'hôtel nous placé au dernier étage contre la machinerie de l'ascenseur, un bruit épouvantable la nuit, nous avons bataillé pour changer de chambre, la direction a acceptée, nous précisant que leur technicien aurait pu faire le nécessaire, je crois que l'on se payait notre tête . Bref ! le personnel était limite désagréable .

The staff are very friendly and helpful, there was some building work going on at the hotel, and it we could hear drilling in the morning. There was also building work in the neighbourhood. Great location, the hotel is on the seafront and you only need to cross the road to get to the beach. It is at the end of the promenade and easy to get into town. The only other draw back was the air conditioning which was not having much effect, so we had to sleep on top of the bed as we were too warm.

Solo entrar en la recepcion ya te dan un deltalle de bienvenida. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El trato fenomenal y el buffet tambien esta bien. Solo diria , de negativo, que le hace falta una reforma por todo lo otro muy bien.

Completamente recomendable
Hotel excelente en prácticamente todos los aspectos. Buen recibimiento en todo momento por cualquier empleado del hotel (hago especial mención de Ivan el recepcionista, que nos dio buenos consejos y recomendaciones). Gran cantidad de tumbonas en la zona de las piscinas, con lo que es facil encontrar siempre alguna libre. Respecto a las comidas, buenos horarios y muchisima variedad. Estuvimos 7 noches, y para nada se hace repetitivo. El restaurante mediterraneo e italiano, simplemente excelente. Muy buena limpieza general y mantenimiento de los jardines. Como único punto a mejorar, duplicaría las plazas de parking (añadiendo una planta). Actualmente cuenta con unas 16-20 plazas, y para un hotel con tantas habitaciones, son excasas. Aparcar en el exterior es complicado, aunque hay un centro comercial a unos 200 metros donde se puede dejar el coche (pagando). Sin lugar a dudas, repetiré. 100% recomendable.

No solo por tener 3 piscinas, palmeras y aparcamiento que dicen que es gratuito y se lo ceden a quien los recepcionistas quieren ya que a nosotros nos querían cobrar ,le queda muy grande a este hotel la categoría que tiene 4* sup, estuvimos dos días que el olor a cloaca fue horroroso, el servicio de cena bastante escaso ya que había poco variedad de comida.
