Our room was good and bed was comfortable. Only stayed for one night, so we didn't have much time to enjoy rooftop pool etc. However there were few issues. We had Deluxe room and there wasn't amenities as marked. Reception tried to charge extra for safetybox, no cava service, slippers, bathrobe or newspapers. These all was mentioned in room description on hotels website. Minibar was sad with lack of choices. Breakfast service super slow with coffee. Definitely not worth the 223 euros per night!

The hotel is fabulously located and the staff are very good. The breakfast is good andthe swimming pool on the roof is very nice. What perhaps lets the hotel down is the level of cleanliness.

I loved the ocean front view from my balcony.One staff nember Candlearea Toledo stood out as she was always helpful.I did feel that hotel policy of paying daily for use of the room safe and use of mini fridge was chintzy for this four star hotel.

The staff members went above the call of duty to be helpful. The men and women at reception were incredible. Special thanks to Candelaria Toledo. I also want to say a special thanks to the housekeeping ladies, and the wait staff in the bar and restaurant. The rooftop pool area is beautiful with fantastic views.

The hotel's location is excellent. Nice and proportionate rooms, large enough terraces, roof top restaurant has excellent views, staff is conscientious about cleanliness, a very pleasant experience.

Un personnel toujours souriant et disponible. Le service de maintenance agit promptement à toute heure et avec le sourire. 3 eme séjour dans cet hôtel face à l’océan et toujours aussi satisfait. Fantastic location. Great breakfast. Parking available for €6 per day. However the air con did not function correctly. In addition the customers in the next room were smoking on the balcony multiple times, which is not permitted. The smoke wafted into my room. I had to call reception 3 times to complain before the issue was resolved.

Delvis bra delvis dåligt
Städningen ok menninte på balkongen, och dom glömde ibland fylla på med toapapper o sånt. Dusch o badrum bra. Kuddarna dåliga. Sängarna på hjul gled omkring på golvet även om man satte på bromsen. Att blöjbarn fick lov bada i bassängen med blöjor på var inte bra.

Fantastic Hotel!
A beautiful hotel overlooking the Atlantic ocean and Lago Martianez. We have stayed here previously and the hotels high standards remain intact. Cleanliness is taken very seriously and all proper Covid regulations are followed. We were half board and the restaurant/food really is first rate. The rooftop pool/bistro area is superb and the hotels location on the seafront is perfect for exploring amazing Puerto de la Cruz. The free land train to Loro Parque departs 50 metres from the hotel. My only criticism was the sometimes weak WiFi, the €2 per night charge for room safe deposit box and the total absence of English language TV channels but this did not detract from our overall very pleasant stay

We have stayed here on four previous ocasiones and always enjoyed it this time felt food standard had dropped and prices seemed to have increased with no noticble improvements you need a sea view room as that makes hotel stay well worth it but as regards value for money I would look else where for our next puerto visit it seems a pattern here that hotels seem to drop standards and increase prices never understood this reasoning overal the hotel is the better one on the sea front and staff are very nice sorry I could not give a better review as we have always been treated well and enjoyed previous stays

Le séjour en chambre donnant sur la mer pourrait être super si nous n’avions pas chaque soir la musique à tue tête et la horde de clandestins noirs occupant et vendant leurs contrefaçons sans que la police n’intervienne. Quant au personnel tant à l’acceuil Qu’au restaurant il est toujours très aimable , souriant et disponible. Ai pu changer de chambre pour m’ éloigner un peu de la source de bruit principale , et tout ça avec le sourire de la reception

Qué vergüenza! En realidad, es un hotel hermoso en una ubicación exclusiva. El personal es amable, servicial y competente. Desafortunadamente el estado general del hotel está muy descuidado. Los muebles y sobre todo las decoraciones de las paredes están en mal estado de conservación. Las puertas se cierran mal o no se cierran y las alfombras están manchadas y repelidas. La puerta del balcón sólo se podía manejar con gran esfuerzo. En los pasillos olía como un tubo de desagüe. Además, hay muy pocas plazas en el garaje. Sólo se puede conseguir una plaza en el garaje si se reserva con antelación. Tuvimos que aparcar a 1 km de distancia en un garaje público. Ni siquiera la carga y descarga directamente en el hotel es posible. Pudimos ver que otros hoteles en la misma ubicación y con el mismo precio lo hacen mejor.

Gracias por su valoración. Lamentamos leer que no hayan quedado satisfechos con su estancia en el hotel. Tomamos nota de las mejoras sugeridas para poder mejorar en la medida de lo posible. Informarles que como podrán ver en la descripción del hotel, al estar ubicados en pleno paseo marítimo está prohibido acceder con el coche hasta el mismo hotel. Nuestro parking lamentablemente no es muy espacioso pero está pendiente de una reforma próxima para ampliar las plazas. De todas formas a 150 metros del hotel tienen otro parking de pago con plazas siempre disponibles.

Two Rooms, Different Ratings
Our two night stay started out not so good, but it finished quite well. When we arrived, our room was very hot and stuffy with a bit of a smell. The carpet and furnishings were outdated and we couldn’t get the a/c to work. We went to the front desk and they told us that the a/c doesn’t work in the winter. We were there in late Feb, it was 25 celsius and even with the patio door wide open, the room was too warm at night. We asked to be moved to another room that did not face south, but they assured us it was the same on all facades. The next day, we received a message from the reception to go see them. For our second night, they were offering to give us an upgrade to a room on the north side. What a difference!! We went from being dissatisfied with this hotel and thinking it did not qualify as a 4 star, to really enjoying our stay. Our room was renovated, breezy and cool with a gorgeous view on the ocean. The only thing was the beds with rollers that didn’t lock well, so they moved around. All in all, our rating for our stay is totally different for the room we had the first night and the one we had the second night. The location is great, the breakfast is good and the heated rooftop pool was awesome!

Bästa läget!
Bästa läget mitt emot havspoolerna och vid en gågata. Mycket bra frukost och service, vänliga och hjälpsamma. Det enda minuset var dåliga sängar i standard rummen.
