Flere ting levede ikke op til det forventede. Ingen gratis vand på værelset. Aircon virkede ikke. Kedelig morgenmad Støvet reception med mystiske snavsede montre hvor man havde valgt at udstille for gamle dåseøl. Vildt mærkeligt.

Dear Danni Thank you for your stay and for your review. Whilst it is not allways pleasant to read what was not up to par, its on the other hand a great eye opener. The showcases are gone (prior to your review), the reason why we had them there temporarily were to offer our guests additonal items for drink when the restaurants and bars were closed due to covid. That now has ceased, but you are right we should have put them away maybe 2 weeks earlier. I will also look more deeply into the state of the lobby as it ought to be spotless and not dusty. You are right we do not offer complimentary water in the rooms and honestly we never had and I do not plan to do so, mainly as we have an executive lounge with complimentary tea, water, coffee and small nibbles. Breakfast are being moved up to the George Prime Steak Restaurant in October - we have been serving them in the M lounge temporarily as the restaurant (who is outsorced) was cnot fully open. s bit of a struggle, but I do understand and agree that you as a guest were expecting more, for which I can only apologise. Once more thank you for your stay and for your review, its very important to me not only as the general manager of he hotel, but also as a part of the family that owns the hotel itself. Check in is quite slow eventhough they know their guests. They also charge extra if you want to check out even just an hour late. Even on VIP priveledge. Not a 5 Star experience.

Weekend i Prag
Perfekt hotel, roligt og lige i centrum og tæt på alt i det centrale Prag. Kan stærkt anbefales hvis man ikke ville bruge tiden på transport. Lille værelse, men godt indrettet og super søde og venligt personale. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet.

Nice hotel situated in the old part of the City
Hotel was placed in the old part of the City. Easy to walk to everything. Staff gave exellent service. From hotel We received a mail each Day with suggestions what to see, weather prediction and what offerings the hotel had this specific Day. Overall a very good hotel.

Da jeg tjekkede ind var hotellet 12 dage gammelt så der var stadig håndværkere. Men rent og med meget hjælpsomhed medarbejdere. Ligger centralt i Prag så helt sikkert er hotel jeg vil anbefale

Très bonne expérience
L’expérience était bien en général, équipe très coopérative et à l’écoute (surtout le concierge que je remercie énormément). Le seul point négatif est le petit déjeuner, une refonte organisationnelle est inévitable.

I usually never leave any reviews, I was expecting a good stay as I did read what other people Had to say about this property and of course it looked like an amazing hotel! But wow!!!! I was blown away; first with location, I swear it couldn’t get better!! Second; the room was soooo spacious! And it has everything you’ll need to feel at home away from home! I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here if I were to come back to Prague!

Dusty-Musty pied-à-terre
We stayed at a pied-à-terre category room with a small, Romeo and Juliet balcony. The room itself was very small, with just enough space for the double-bed. The balcony, as well, was very tiny, it was not a balcony, more like a little extension to the windows. I couldn’t fit to stand on it and close the doors behind me. Eventually, we got claustrophobic. The heavy musty smell lingered in the room at all times, even after the use of abundance of air fresheners by the housekeeping to mask it. Over and above that, the room was extremely dusty, with the particles flying in the air from settled dust. The only advantage was the location of the hotel. A stone’s throw from the Old Town Square. That’s it. Also, service at the reception and concierge desks were excellent. I will not come back.
