Nytårsaften
Overvejende godt. Vi havde bestilt værelse med privat balkon, så vi kunne holde nytårsaften i coronavenlige omgivelser. Der var et par småting med rengøringen (blandt andet spindelvæv i loftet) og dørkarmen til balkonen var revnet og slidt, ellers var alt perfekt. Det ligger i perfekt gå afstand til det meste.

Nyrenoveret hotel med dejlige lyse, store værelser og dejligt stort badeværelse. Der er aircondition på værelserne og rengøring hver dag. Personalet er meget servicemindede. Morgenmaden er forholdsvis dyr, men pengene er givet godt ud, for der er et meget varieret udbud hver dag. Jeg kan anbefale deres omeletter, som bliver lavet med forskellligt fyld efter ønske. Næste gang jeg skal til Prag, vil jeg vælge dette hotel igen, idet hotellet ligger i en rolig gade med minimal støj om natten og i gåafstand til det meste i den gamle bydel. Jeg giver med glæde hotellet mine bedste anbefalinger.

Det er et pænt hotel ikke langt fra midten af byen. Dog står der at vandet i køleskabet er gratis, men man får en regning for det når man tjekker ud.

Dymetry at the front desk was super helpful. He helped us navigate the website to buy train tickets and assisted us when we realized we needed to book another night in the hotel. Breakfast was good, a lot of options of tasty food.

The hotel is not like shown in the pictures, but is an ok hotel, it is not that close to downtown, but you can still walk there, it is like 20-25 min walk

Expected more for the price we paid and below standard we expected for a Radisson hotel. The breakfast was not great either, beans in baked beans were hard, potatoes half cooked and the scrambled eggs were too runny. Staff were very friendly. Lacking attention to detail, one of the snack pot ( almond nuts) in our room had past its best before date.

Lacking Attention to Detail
It was an average stay, the hotel felt a little tired and in need of updating. We had two family rooms, sadly one was not in a good state. The door handle to the children's room was not securely attached and fell off repeatedly, the overhead light around the window did not work and the TV was poorly hung on the retractable tv stand. When discussing this with the staff at check out one member of the concierge was quite rude about it. The room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival and the mirror to the bathroom was fairly dusty. But the extractor fans in the bathroom did not appear to work so perhaps that was the cause of the problem. I have stayed in a number of Radisson Blu hotels and sadly this one was not up to the standard I have come to expect from this chain. But the location was good for being central to be able to explore the city and the evening meal we had on our arrival was very nice - the waiting staff were very good.

I stayed in the duplex penthouse suite. The room was no where near worth the price I paid there was a terrible view on the internal building (was expecting views of Prague) the finishes in the room didn’t match the price it just wasn’t luxury, also the banister on the second floor isn’t load bearing. I loved Prague because I went with my wife and it was amazing I would recommend a different hotel though. Although the breakfast was good.
