Nice hotel
On a hot Day we arrived to the Hotel @ 12.30. We Got Parking just outside the hotel and our chilled rooms were ready. Very Nice and Big room with balcony and river view.

Mangler efter corona
Det var 5 gang vi boede på hotellet og blev noget skuffet da alt service er sparet væk siden sidst. Desuden blev vi glemt mht værelses rengøring og der var konsekvent kun håndklæder, glas osv til 1 pers på vores dobbeltværelse. Hotellet er stadig fint og med god beliggenhed, men dyrt ifh til at der ikke længere er room- bagage og parkerings service.

In general a great hotel with at great location and good service. However some of the rooms have seen better days especially the beds which could be of higher quality.

Fint hotel -men dårlig service
Værelset var stort, meget fint og gennemført i sit tjekkiske design. Badeværelset også flot og velfungerende. I receptionen var personalet venlige. De talte og skrev fint engelsk. Servicen på hotellet var dog desværre i bund. De glemte at bestille taxa til os, på trods af vi bestilte den dagen i forvejen. Vi kom derfor et kvarter for sent afsted. Morgenmaden til 15 euro pr. person var elendig i form af tørt brød, henkogte frugter (f.eks. jordbær fra dåse) og ingen genopfyldning, når maden blev spist. Da jeg bad om en lille smule scrambled eggs, blev det sat på min regning som ekstra bestilling. Tjeneren bad os sætte os ved et bord, som bestemt ikke var særlig attraktivt. Bordet var lige ved indgangen til restauranten, hvor døren stod åben, det var koldt og vinden trak. Begrundelsen var, at tjeneren (en halv time før morgenmadsserveringen var afsluttet) var i gang med at dække op til frokost, så det ville passe hende bedst!

Go beliggenhed
Hotellet ligger meget godt i udkanten af centrum. Mange gode spisesteder i nærheden. Fandt dog prisen på 1500dkk i nytårsdagene lidt dyrt. Venligt personale.

Bedst udsigt ever!
Min kone og jeg havde junior suiten med jacuzzien. Jeg ringede tre dage i forvejen for at sikre min at vi den suite med jacuzzi. Udsigten var ubeskrivelig. Servicen er fint. Morgen maden var dog for dyrt. Men et fatastisk hotel til en mere end fair pris.

Lækkert hotel tæt på centrum
Hotellet ligger i gå afstand til alt det vigtige i Pragh og det hele var meget lækkert. Vi havde dog forventet at der ville være wifi på værelserne og ikke bare i receptionen på sådan et fancy hotel, og der var da også et internetkabel på værelset. Så hvis man skal bruge internet, så skal man have en bærbær med som man sætter netstikket i. Der er ikke Wifi til smartphones og tablets på værelserne.

Flot flot hotel med højt serviceniveau.
Smukt hotel. Dygtigt og meget serviceminded personale. Flotte værelser med majestætisk islæt.(på trods af at vi havde et af de billigste værelser) God morgenmad. Smukt udsigt over floden. 15 min. gågang til midtby- en smuk tur lang vandet. Det bedste hotel jeg har boet på, de 12 gange jeg har boet i Prag.

The hotel located in a very quiet and central location. Julia (blonde receptionist lady, I might misspell her name) was so nice, helpfull, always there to help. She made our holiday. Housekeeping wasn't really good at all. They didn't leave the amenities for all of us. And cleaning wasn't very good as well. At the end we have been asked to pay for the drinks from the minibar which we haven't drunk. Julia removed them from the bill. We enjoyed our stay. The best thing is if there's a problem all staff were there to help for.

The hotel and room was clean, calm with a pleasant smell. The products were natural and of good quality. The bed slept great. Only thing, the room was a bit hot for us and we could not make it colder with the controler. But we didn’t ask for help either. The hotel offers breakfast, we didnt use this. I’m not sure if they have dinner or lunch. For NYE they offered a rooftop party for a price, but we opted for something else. The room has drinks you can use with additional payment off course. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. We walked mostly or took Bolt taxi to the centre. If you want to travel by public transport you can cross the bridge and will find a halt across the dancing house. The address is only a little tricky for the Bolt, because the maps sends the taxi in front of the hotel which is on the road. So we told the taxi to make a round to come to the parking lot or you could walk a bit further at the back of the hotel so the driver can see your location. We would definitely come back if we were to travel to Prague!

La déception !
Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour au sein du Mamaison Riverside Prague et nous n'y retournerons pas, ni ne le recommanderons. Objectivement, l'hôtel est bien placé, de bon goût, propre et la chambre était spacieuse. Le personnel était agréable et souriant dans l'ensemble. Subjectivement, nous avions demandé un early check-in par téléphone qui avait été accepté pour 11h, une fois sur place celui-ci nous a été refusé et on nous a demandé de patienter jusque 13h. Nous sommes partis déjeuner et à notre retour, après 14h, nous avons encore dû attendre 30 minutes... Nous avons donc eu la chambre 3h30 après l'heure convenue. La chambre justement, numéro 210 (refusez-la), a une vue sur la cour et est coincée entre deux ascenseurs. Un pour les voyageurs qui parlent tout haut à toute heure en attendant légitimement que l'ascenseur arrive. L'autre pour le staff et ses chariots TRÈS bruyants qui vous réveillent le matin. Dès le premier soir le gel douche était terminé : il n'a pas été rechargé durant notre séjour, heureusement que nous avions notre savon. Nous ne pouvions pas changer de chambre car l'hôtel était complet. L'hôtesse d'accueil nous a gentiment offert notre late check-out mais malheureusement cela n'a pas amélioré la qualité de nos nuits. En somme, nous pensons qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel correct, mais pas pour l'ensemble des chambres, d'autant que compte tenu de la période des fêtes, nous avons payé le prix fort pour ces nuits.

Lovely hotel. No customer service.
Stayed at the hotel before Xmas from the 11th dec to 15th dec. This hotel is absolutely fantastic beautiful big room beautiful architecture and on the banks of the river, just on the opposite side of the river is the dancing house. Easy enough to walk to a lot of places and trams just round the corner so location is fantastic. Stayed at this hotel due to price as the hotel I normally stay at was quite expensive on the run up to Xmas and this was very responsibly priced at time of booking. After a few nights I was in a condry cos I visit Prague a lot and I was thinking wow I may have to stay here now because the rooms were lovely and roomy, bathroom with bath shower big toilet was lovely and the bed was comfy only issue with room was air con but I could have asked for help with it but I didn’t ask because I could open window slightly. My issue was after the 3rd night I had no house keeping so spoke to reception and they said I wouod get some the next day. Unfortunately came in after a day of drinking and by the 4th night still no housekeeping and the attitude I got of reception was what do you want me to do. When I checked out the attitude continued I wasn’t even given an apology was just told if you had an mini bar we sorted and goodbye, I asked to speak to a manager and was told again goodbye never felt like that in my life felt so belittled and just took for granted after I wanted to complain about not having house keeping for a 4 night stay. Lovely hotel but no custservice

Stunning room and friendly service
We were warmly welcomed by multiple staff members after a long travel day. We were a little early but Katerina put us in a beautiful room right away. The room was stunning and well appointed. My daughter and I thought we were in a dream! Breakfast was prompt, fresh and delivered with a smile. Highly recommend staying here.

4 night business trip. Comfortable bed. Great service at front desk and breakfast. Room was always cleaned very well.

Mycket värt för pengarna, Rekommenderas!
Vi bokade hotellet för en fyradagar resa. Hotellet för sig är bra både gällande service, personal och läget är också bra då har man både stadens sidorna ändå inte så mycket buller om skall sova tidigare.

Lovely older hotel with character, but remodeled with modern fixtures. Good location for people who like to stay in a neighborhood and walk a bit, but also on tram lines for people who don’t want to walk. Great breakfast.

Peaceful area
The hotel was nice and tidy. The staff very helpful and friendly. We liked to breakfast a lot, a bit tight though. The only thing we kind of wondered was the noice from the corridors which was surprisingly loud.

I was asking a simple question and the front desk person was very unfriendly and did speak with her colleague in th local language about the issue.The breakfast room is very strange and cold with all this mirrors. Go out for breakfast! Rooms are great.
