Overpriced.... Spa kapacitet for lav ift hvor mange gæster der var. God morgenmad, men lidt cafeteriaagtigt set-up. Vi havde værelse ind i mod atriumdelen af hotellet - dårlig lydisolering... Overall en skuffelse ift prisen.

Flot niveau
Virkelig et flot hotel, med en god beliggenhed. Jeg var afsted med mine tre børn og alt var en god oplevelse fra ankomst til afgang. Jeg tænker om sådanne hoteller med det service niveau i forhold til håndklæder, tøfler, varmt vand etc etc stadig vil bestå når mine børn bliver store? Det kan jeg tvivle på, da det er lidt imod tiden at frådse så vildt selvom det jo nok er det som gør en forskel som kriterierne er i dag for, at være et fem stjernet hotel. Spørgsmålet er bare om miljø hensyn gør, at det snart er fortid? På en måde så håber jeg det selvom, det samtidig er helt igennem lækkert.

Fin men forvirrende hotel at finde rundt i
Dejlig hotel, men det er svært at finde rundt til de forskellige steder. Der er ikke særlig god skiltning. Ulogisk etagebetegnelser af de forskellige etage. Det har en smule forvirrende at finde rundt. Wellness mangler spa.

The Hotel is self is fine, breakfast great, beds just ad I like them. But the pillow was hard as a rock. The Sky bar is great, but the servicecrew not service minded at all. The parking garage normally costs money, but was under construction, so we got parking for free. I called ahead and asked if it was possible for us to check in 30 min before 2pm, as we were to arrive earli and had been on the road all night. This was only allowed if I were to pay a fee of 50 eur... :-( No thanks. The check in is very slow, a long line of people all the time. But front desk personall was nice.

rengøring lever ikke op til 5 stjerner hotel
Det er en fin hotel og god service fra receptionen og restauranten, men rengøring er meget ringe. Min søn kom til at spilde noget klistrede slik på sengen, meget tydeligt, men det blev ikke skiftet. Pletter fra gulvet, blev der heller ikke vasket af. Der var ikke fyldt op på håndklæder, toiletsager, glas, kaffekopper og kaffe/sukker/mælk. Vi skulle selv bede om dem. Det var træls, selvom det er en lille ting. Men lille ting betyder åbenbart meget for os. Rengøring lever ikke om til 5 stjerner hotel. Vi vil desværre ikke vælge den igen, når vi kommer til Prag.

Nice hotel
Stayed 4 days with the family, a nice hotel, wih friendly, accomodating staff, and situated quite well, especially if you are travelling by car. Only negative would be the, somewhat overpriced (relative to quality) breakfast. The spa is small, but nice and the skybar is worth a visit for the views, and a nice drink. The hotel has quite a few parking spots, but expect to pay the same as in the rest of the city (i.e. 30 euro+ pr day). Would stay there again.

Great Hotel, Arrogant staff in reception
What a great Hotel! Like really. You can't put a finger on anything. Exept the greeting personal in the reception. What an arrogance and sadly rude person. Not worthy of the Hilton name.

No room service
Nice hotel with good location. But bad service. We requested room service (due to Covid no service if you dont request) but we never got it.

We are sorry that you were not happy with the fact that the room cleaning had to be requested, however, this is part of the newly implemented program Hilton CleanStay. For the guests comfort, we want their stay to be as undisturbed as possible. That is why all guests are invited to tailor their housekeeping services to their comfort level and schedule it in advance at the front desk. Indtjekning var lidt langsomt. Hotelllet var stort og flot . Poll var lidt for lille til det store hotel. Casino var for lille til det store hotel .

Good conditions, subpar service
Overall conditions at the hotel are good, as to be expected. Check in process was very slow (around 40 minutes), with only one receptionist working. Even thought we selected the option that we do not want cleaning in our room, housekeeping came knocking and opened the door two times before 9 AM, before we even had a chance to answer them.

Alt ok - men for stort.
Som forventet var alt i orden. Rent, pænt, og fin service. Hotellet var dog enormt med konferencer og spa, så der var meget trafik, larm og elevatorkø. Værelset var roligt og meget pænt. God morgenmad, men for mange mennesker og kø til buffeten til at man kunne slappe af.
