Very nice personnel and management, but unfortunately we could not check into our room until 8:30pm as no rooms were available. Airline needs take priority over other scheduled guests. We received $100 credit to use around the hotel (bar, restaurant, etc).

The hotel looks a little older and worn on the outside but is very nice inside! Quick checkin, beautiful bar, the gym has several machines. Rooms were very nice and clean. The location is a little less than a mile from the galleria, a lot of restaurants and a Wegmans within walking distant of the hotel. You can walk to the metro station too. Free parking is a win!

This is our 2nd weekend stay at this property for a dance workshop/competition. The facilities are lovely but our room was tight for 4 people with all our "stuff"...the fridge was TINY...and the room was damp all weekend. It was so bad that the box of tissues was damp to the bottom and had to be thrown away. I think there's a ventilation problem in the room which made it uncomfortable :-( The bar and restaurant were enjoyable and the ballrooms are spacious. The location is fabulous with shopping and dining in close proximity.

The images posted on Expedia for the rooms are misleading and the rooms are not quite as large as dipicted.
The front desk staff was friendly however the cleaning staff was incredibly rude and the room service was beyond disgusting. Pre-ordered breakfast and they forgot the bagel 3 times before it was corrected

This property is located in on of Northern Virginia beautiful districts. It has many amenities, great staff and free parking.
