We liked the layout of the room, and the location is a good spot. However, the check in process was super confusing. There’s the kasa and then the kasa capital right next door. When we pulled in, nobody could find our reservation. Then we were told we are next door and to go park in the parking garage. When we went to the parking garage it was asking me to pay $30. I already prepaid for parking. So we had to back out, I had to call the “virtual front desk” which isn’t the easiest to find on the website in a panic. The first woman was very nice. Once I entered the building I found out we were on the ground level, which is usually level 1 where I’m from. No, ground means go down. It has a very bad smell in the lobby and hallways, musky, just dirty. When I finally enter the room I find a key card, had to walk all the way outside again while my husband is driving around the blocks waiting for me. When we enter the parking garage you have to go all the way above level 4 to park, everything is valet. I call the kasa customer service back and this woman was so rude. She said well it’s pretty self explanatory. Lady, Im a manager in a high functioning resort in Florida. I know the basics on how to read a reservation. She really upset my husband how she was talking to me. We ended up parking in a “reserved” parking spot which made us nervous because we never received a reserved parking #. Now we had to haul all of our belongings down 7 levels of the parking garage and up stairs. Crazy.
