Sguardo sul Mare is a vacation home located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, reached by stairs. The entrance to the house is on the balcony shared with other apartments.
The apartment is simple and cozy, furnished with all the essentials for a quiet vacation, a stone`s throw from the sea. A hallway serves as a hallway to the different rooms of the house.
The living area is an eat-in kitchen, furnished with a dining room and TV, from which there is access to the sea-view terrace, perfect for eating meals outdoors and relaxing in the cooler weather. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, a washing machine and a laundry room.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms (one with 140 cm bed) and 1 single bedroom (with 120 cm bed) and balcony. Two rooms are complete with en suite shower rooms.

Sguardo sul Mare is located just 50 meters from the sea in San Foca, marina of Melendugno. The nearest beach is just 50 meters away, as are all the most important services in the seaside resort.
From here you can reach in a few minutes by car the other famous tourist destinations on the Adriatic side of Salento, including Torre dell`Orso, Roca Vecchia and Sant`Andrea, Otranto and Castro.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning is not present in all rooms.
- The bathroom in the master bedroom has no window.
- One bathroom has no bidet.
