Sorry your stay did not live up to your expectations! Unfortunately, we heard nothing from you during your stay so we do not know what we could have done better.We do know there was a problem with the messages we send with door codes and check-in information. This is actually outside our control since Expedia (Hotels.com in this case) does not share your e-mail address with us. We have to send our messages to an e-mail alias given to us by the booking channel. All our messages are sent automatically from our booking system the day before arrival and on the same day as well. They are visible in the conversation history for your booking at Expedia.If there was a problem with Expedia forwarding your messages (we had a few cases during the week) or with the e-mail address entered in the booking we do not know. What we do know is that as soon as we could communicate directly with you our check-in message was received within a few minutes.If there is any other reason for your dissatisfaction we would appreciate if you told us. We always strive to improve on those things we are able to control.
