Super schönes Anwesen
Wir waren 3 Paare für 14 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Es ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Die Kommunikation mit Fr. Pieck ist spitze. Der Urlaub war traumhaft nur leider zu schnell vorbei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful- You won’t regret choosing this home
My family and I absolutely loved our stay in Los Realejos. Irene was so kind and easy to reach and made checkin a breeze. We loved the location and everything we wanted to do on Tenerife was an hour or less away with many beautiful spots within 10 minutes. We walked to the grocery, a coffee shop and a restaurant multiple times. The house itself is clean and well supplied. Everything we needed we had. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and having it heated helped us to be able to swim in January. We played pool and took advantage of the outdoor cooking and seating area. We would absolutely come back to this home again! Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Belle découverte
Nous avons passé un bon séjour, heureusement que la villa est magnifique, car pas grand chose à faire autour. L hôte est vraiment à l écoute et réponds très vite quand il y a un souci. Très belle villa avec tout se qu il faut, literie parfaite. Seul bémol c est le bruit côté rue, pas de double vitrage et du coup on entend beaucoup trop de bruit. Piscine chauffée avec un supplément mais bon en décembre il fallait mieux. Merci encore pour vos attentions.

Traum-Villa - Perfekt für die große Familie
Wie ein kleines Juwel liegt die Villa San Benito in Los Realejos. Der beheizte Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna runden das Bild der top gepflegten Anlage ab. Nicht nur die Villa ist ein Traum, sondern auch der liebevoll angelegte und beeindruckende Garten. Alles sauber, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die tolle Betreuung durch Irene überzeugt auf voller Länge. Bei jedem noch so kleinen Problem bietet sie ihre Hilfe an und kann innerhalb kürzester Zeit vor Ort sein. Wir haben den Urlaub rundum genossen und kommen definitiv wieder! Innerhalb kürzester Zeit fühlten wir uns auf San Benito wie zuhause.

Fantastische woning met evenzo fantastische locale service
Werkelijk prachtige woning van alle luxe voorzien. Paar keer service nodig gehad en die werd dan onmiddellijk en in goede Engelse taal gegeven. Locatie van de woning is nadrukkelijk minder. Ligt op een hoek met veel verkeerslawaai en blaffende honden. Wel goed met auto bereikbaar.

Bedankt voor uw opmerkingen, we zijn blij dat u ervan genoten heeft. Vanuit de tuin en de kamers wordt het lawaai van het verkeer niet gewaardeerd en dit is op sommige uren van de dag stipt. Op een boerderij aan de andere kant van het huis (ruim 300 meter verderop) lopen honden en die blaffen als er iets gebeurt. Maar ze blaffen niet constant. Het spijt me zo dat je er last van had.

Beautiful villa
The villa is absolutely massive and very nicely done, some of the furniture is getting a bit tired and a few more gin/wine glasses are needed but on the whole we had a lovely holiday at a cracking villa

Thanks for your comments, we are happy that you enjoyed your stay. All crockery, cuttlery and cups are provided x 18. We had 16 wine glasses which I think should have been enough for 5 guests. But if not, we can always provide things needed. Hope to see you again !

Mooi ruim huis
Mooi ruim huis met veel faciliteiten en goede bedden. Enig nadeel is het geluid van de straat op een aantal slaapkamers.

Great space and garden
Spacious and comfortable villa, great garden and outdoor facilities. Nicely self-contained although the kitchen was a little under equipped for a large group. I found pricing add-on for an additional guest and abrupt communication from our attentive host irksome.

Thanks for your comments. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. Our kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything that is needed. The only thing you told me that there was missing (after your departure) was a kitchen scale and a garlic press, which is not common in vacation homes. I'm sorry you found my communication abrupt. You had booked and paid for 6 people and refused to pay for the extra people. The ad explains that the price is for 6 and as people are added an extra is paid.

Groß und bietet viel
Das Anwesen hat zwar seine besten Jahren hinter sich - an manchen Ecken wird eine Renovierung notwendig - aber im parkähnlichen Garten und den weitläufigen Räumen ist Platz für viel Urlausfreude.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Kommentare, es freut uns, dass Sie einen schönen Urlaub bei uns hatten. Villa San Benito ist ein altes Anwesen, das vollkommen renoviert wurde. Es wird auch regelmässig in Stand gehalten. Den Charm eines alten Hauses wird es trotzdem immer haben.

Super Urlaub
Ein super Objekt mit einer tollen Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch die Kommunikation zur Agentur war sehr gut, daher sehr empfehlenswert.

Magnifique propriété
Superbe séjour de 2 semaines en famille (10-70 ans) dans cette merveilleuse propriété.Interieur parfait en équipements,parc remarquablement agencé et entretenu, piscine à 29 degrés.... Petits et grands ont été ravis du séjour. Quelques petits soucis électriques sans gravité et surtout le bruit important dans les chambres sur la rue(le double ou triple vitrage serait indispensable) nous empêchent de mettre la note maximum. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété de reve. Merci à Irène pour son accueil et son professionnalisme.

Beautiful, spacious and clean
The villa was amazing and the facilities were great. We were unlucky with the weather at times, so it came in handy to have so much room inside. Irene, the owner, was genuinely fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating she was, which is a great thing when abroad with your family. The town is beautiful with stunning views towards both the mountain and the sea. The price of food and drink is very reasonable and the local supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk away. What's the catch? A small hill to walk up to get there. You will have a choice of two supermarkets, so you're pretty much sorted for anything you will need and a large fridge and freezer if you only wanted to do one big shop. If you don't fancy that, there is a petrol station 4 minutes walk away with no hill for essentials, and a cafe next door for coffee or drink. Heated pool, hot tub, loungers, books, washing facilities, and a ping-pong table - can't think of anything else you would need. Oh, and there were many TVs we didn't use. All in all, we had a fabulous time, and would definitely recommend it.

Outstanding villa with superb views
Somewhat anxious as we arrived at the villa as the front door opens on to the street however we were so pleased once inside the villa. What an amazing property both inside and outside. The photographs really don’t let you know just how big the villa and grounds were. The villa and garden were immaculately clean with luxurious fittings and furnishings. We loved the outside kitchen and bar. Irene was lovely and made us feel very welcome, she gave us a comprehensive tour of the house and explained every feature to us. She was easy to contact throughout our stay and thank you for such a superb welcome pack which was not expected. Car hire I feel was essential for getting around however there was a bus stop just outside the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to those wanting a holiday away from the busy south of Tenerife. Restaurant and bar life was limited in Los Realejos although the local pizzeria 10 minutes walk away was superb and excellent value for money ( unbelievably less than 70 euros for 6) a taxi into Puerto de la Cruz for 6 was just 10 euros where there was ample choice of restaurants and bars. There is a choice of supermarkets within walking distance. Pool and hot tub excellent and a hot outside shower. Local tennis with miramar €10 an hour.

Very nice villa!
We stayed here in April 2017 for 7 days. In total 9 persons, 7 adults and 2 teenagers to celebrate our son’s wedding. The villa was perfect to stay in for us because it was very spacious with 5 large bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms. The garden and outside bar was large enough for all to enjoy the sun, heated pool, hot tub and barbecue. Location was good because it was close to several food shops and the city of Puerto de la Cruz was only 15 min drive by car. The hospitality was excellent from the first contact/booking until we left the villa. Fast response on our questions prior to our stay and a kind offer to make purchase of food before we arrived. Thank you for making it a memorable stay for all of us.
