The villa was amazing and the facilities were great. We were unlucky with the weather at times, so it came in handy to have so much room inside. Irene, the owner, was genuinely fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating she was, which is a great thing when abroad with your family. The town is beautiful with stunning views towards both the mountain and the sea. The price of food and drink is very reasonable and the local supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk away. What's the catch? A small hill to walk up to get there. You will have a choice of two supermarkets, so you're pretty much sorted for anything you will need and a large fridge and freezer if you only wanted to do one big shop.
If you don't fancy that, there is a petrol station 4 minutes walk away with no hill for essentials, and a cafe next door for coffee or drink. Heated pool, hot tub, loungers, books, washing facilities, and a ping-pong table - can't think of anything else you would need. Oh, and there were many TVs we didn't use. All in all, we had a fabulous time, and would definitely recommend it.
