Night of hell
Hotel is now an immigration stop over hotel. I was not informed of the change of use and on arrival was not expected. It took me 2 hours to arrange alternative accommodation for the night and £37 in additional taxi fees

Clean, spacious, simple and modern. Nice breakfast at good price, which made up for the slightly pricey parking.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances probably out of the hotels control we had to move hotel, was not told about what was due to happen. Our belongs were gone through and we lost some items. Communication would have made a bad situation a lot better.

Due to changes my reservation has been transferred to the Holiday inn at London Heathrow Airport. This hotel was excellent and the measures taken for my transfer there were quick and professional.

We were only there for a few hours to catch an early flight. I booked a double room but at reception was told that I booked a single for 1 person so me and my partner were eventually give twin beds. I would have bothered to complain but we were tired from traveling and only there for 1 night. The room was strange. No proper bathroom door. Shower pressure was so so. There were quite a few stains on the carpets.

Ideal location from Heathrow bed was high but sumptuous unfortunately the kettle was broke so couldn't have a drink at night and the morning staff seemed uninterested in our concern. No issues with the night time staff.

The hotel overall was clean.The restaurant was over priced £16 for a burger that was like McDonald’s! Went to the room as had an early flight and there was constant music playing most of the night!! Banging as we could hear it through the windows of the room.

Pretty good hotel, nice room, nice restaurants and nice gym. Perfect stay for one night at LHR. Bus stop to T1,2,3 and T5 right in front of the hotel.

A little disappointed
Check in was OK but didn't tell me I had to tap the room key in the lift, as for my room carpet had staining and towels one was ripped no biscuits with the coffee in the room

Weird how you can call something an airport hotel, when there is no shuttle service to the airport and the taxi ride costs £17. Reception was slow and only one person working. Rooms looked nice, but in my room only 1 of the sockets worked (in the bathroom) and the tv was broken. Maybe the maintenance has been low during covid, but still…
