This hotel is very well placed with two Tube-stations close by. The hotel could use a renovation, as the rooms feel out of date in 2024, but everything worked. The cost of staying is OK, compared ti what you get.

Fint hotel og værelse umiddelbart. Dog meget larm fra stillads og andet grundet renovering/ombygning som vi ikke vidste noget om. Papirstynde vægge, med nærmest intet privatliv, hvor man kan høre alt hvad dem omkring en laver. Dårlig udluftning på badeværelser. Skimmel ved vinduerne, samt rigtig meget træk fra vinduet. Sengetøjet var plettet og slidt med huller i. Morgenmadsbuffeten var ikke særlig spændende.

Slidt hotel og måtte skifte værelse pga alt for meget varme - selv om de påstod der var slukket for varmen. Bafrværelsegulvet var “glohedt”. Fik først tilbudt et værelse kælderen uden vindue og derefter et lige ud til et stillads - de sagde arb startede kl 9 men de var igang kl 7.30. Sagde gudskelov nej til det også og endte med et ok værelse. Der var flere småting der ikke virkede men det blev dog hurtigt udbedret bortset fra at kun en ud af tre elevatorer virkede under opholdet (7 etager)😱 Vi boede på 4. Og det gik lige😥 Synes dog det er en fantastisk beliggenhed!

Havde værelse ud til elevator og kunne høre den køre op og ned og pling lyde - seng lidt hår men ellers rigtig god service og det blev holdt pænt rent hver dag👍 ville vælge det igen da jeg overordnet var meget tilfreds👍 Også lå det ikke særlig langt fra Oxford street som man kunne gå i parken hele vejen derop👍

Rengøringen på værelserne var fine, men gangarealerne ud for værelserne var elendig. Rengøringspersonalet var meget irriterende om morgenen hvor vi skulle tjekke ud, de blev ved at banke på døren selvom klokken ikke var 11 hvor man senest skulle tjekke ud.

“Upgraded” to a large room at level minus 2. Similar size as the one I had during latest visits with windows though. No windows but elegant decoration in this minus 2 room. Nice cleaning but expect used glasses replaced with new ones. Negatives: Fire alarm sounded at app 04.30 am 14.2.23 and again at app 09.45 am. Only for 10 sec. However no action taken by staff nor information about false alarm. Schocking. Noice from underground heard in room L03 13 - 16 Feb. Stay

Hotellet lå rigtig godt centralt. Men tilstanden af selve hotellet var overraskende ringe, der lå skægstubbe i håndvaskens afløb fra tidligere gæst, gulvtæppet var ulækkert, malingen ved sengenes hovedgærde hang i laser , toilettet var gemt inde bag døren på badeværelset så det næsten ikke var muligt at være på toilettet, døren til badeværelset var fuldstændig flosset i bunden. Hotellet levede absolut ikke op til forventningen.

Hotellet var totalt nedslidt, stikkontakter sad ude af væggen, der var beskidt på selve værelset. Gulvtæpperne var helt nedslidte, der lå kønshår ude på badeværelset da vi kom. Der var mega meget larm fra gaden, af mennesker der råbte og meget larm fra trafik.

First of all the area is nice where the location of the hotel is but nothing was said that it’s under construction scaffolds all in the front so the picture that’s on your website is false at 9am they start hammering drilling everything that has under construction second the bathroom are very tinny the toilet it right next to the wall and shower glass also the drain in shower gets filled up quickly so has to turn off shower twice to complete my shower also there is no ac just a fan even if outside it’s 40-50 inside like 80 I complained several times they said no ac in the rooms but that’s a lie they should of change my room the secound day I was there especially since the ac was on in the hallways and they I heard them ask a guest if the air conditioning was working ok ! I would like to get a refund for at least 1/2 back is what I paid because of all the troubles I had even having the shower flood and all the water going to the carpet and smelling like a wet dog for 5 days ! Oh and then also the door rubbed against the carpet and it was so hard to push open it was horrible I did complain on on everything they just said will look into it gave me a bigger fan but never once was I offered to move even though my room was a disaster my room was 438 and everything was wrong there also 1/2 of the outlets did not work and the tea kettle in the room was burnt inside I forgot to tell them ! I gave up the location is great across the street from Kensington Palace ! Under construction

The carpet was very stained to the point that we avoided taking off our shoes in the room. We had two pillows that were on the floor the day we requested for our room to be cleaned. When we returned, all the pillows were back on the bed and it was evident that none of the sheets or pillowcases were changed; there were multiple strands of hair still left on the pillow. When we called the housekeeping to request more pillows, we received four clean pillowcases to change our pillows and confirmed with them that none of the sheets were changed, they only made up the bed. The walls are very thin and you can hear all your neighbors and anyone in the hallway chatting or walking. The lighting in the room was stark and reminded us of a hospital setting. The location was good, it was very close to any transportation we required for our trip.

The room was very clean and the bathroom seemed modern. The only downside was that the walls are so thing that you could join your neighbours conversation if you wanted, as you could hear every word or noise made. Same applies to the movies other people were watching
