Ok for price and location. NO LIFT!

It is a fine place to stay, the room was clean when we got there; t is affordable, specially for London and the location is good. I quite liked that we were able to use the washing machines and dryers to wash clothes, and that the kitchenette was equipped with what we needed for cooking (dishes, pots and pans, kettle). I do wish the offered room cleaning a bit more often as the room quickly got dirty, and that they provided tea towels and cloths for the kitchenette for drying dishes and surfaces. The main issue is that there is no lift and loads of stairs, which I do not think was clear or visible enough when booking, so it is definitely not a good place to stay if one has mobility issues or is not able to carry their luggage up/down the stairs. And I doo think hotels.com should make it very clear when booking not only that the place has stairs but that it does not have a lift. They did not provide hand towels, which I think is strange and not super. The personnel were polite but barely helpful when I asked if there was a room where we did not have to walk so many flights of stairs, as it was difficult for the person I travelled with.

We were placed in a small room in the basement which was really not nice. And they couldn’t move us to another room.

Great location, nice little flat, just small bumps

It was a nice little flat, though the bed was not quite great at all. The windows were also quite leaky in terms of air and noise. But it was great to be able to cook meals ourselves and have a tiny fridge which got to be storage of drinks, milk and other stuff. Overall it was quite well and the location was perfectly placed with 5 minutes to either Euston or King’s Cross.

Dejligt hotel. God beliggenhed og venligt personale. Der kunne dog godt have været en enkelt rengøring af værelset vi var der i 4 dage.

Overraskende god oplevelse

Så godt et valg hvis man er et par afsted og vil spare lidt på restaurantbeløb med mulighed for selv at lave mad. Det var småt, så man kommer hinanden ved, men alt i alt var det en god oplevelse. Nemt at checke ind, og sødt personale. Der stod dog, at vi ville få rengøring, men det oplevede vi ikke på noget tidspunkt. vi var der kun for en kort periode på en håndfuld nætter, så det gjorde os ikke noget. Skøn placering. Tæt på Kings cross Station og metro, og Russell square metro med indkøbsmuligheder, og med cirka 40 minutters gåtur til Buckingham Palace og midtbyen. Nemt at komme og gå på alle tidspunkter med eget nøglekort og et stille nabolag i forhold til hvad vi havde forventet. Det eneste minus var at sengen ikke var vildt god, men vi var så udmattede efter hver dags oplevelser, at vi ikke bemærkede det.

Disappointing stay 🤔

The room was a lot smaller than the pictures made it look like. There was almost no room for two people to be in. The building was old and everything inside looked like it was taken out of the 70s. The room was fairly clean but we found several dead flies around.
