The air conditioning in the room blew out hot air all night and we could not turn on cold air. Mattress also very uncomfortable unfortunately. A terrible nights sleep before an early flight was not what we had hoped for or expected.

We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, I am very sorry that the air conditioning was not functioning as you would have liked, I wonder if you called the reception team ? they have the ability to change the temperature and would have happily done this for you. Our reception team are available 24hours a day.With regards the mattress, I am very sorry that on this occasion was not to your liking.
