I absolutely love how the staff welcomes guests with freshly baked cookies. “Two thumbs up”.

The staff from Housekeeping to the concierge we professional and welcoming! Very quite, safe, clean and all of the above !! We will stay there again on our next visit !!!

This is a home far away from home 🏠. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to anyone travelling to London 💯

We were on a long layover and wanted a place to stay for the day. The hotel allowed us to check in early at 9:30am to accommodate us. We even took advantage of the continental breakfast. The staff was wonderful.

Lovely staff. Convenient. Good breakfast options. Well soundproofed for planes. Shuttle bus to terminal. Easy for a layover.

It was not whAt i expected from a double tree or how hilton rewards menbers get treated. I was placed in a handicap room which was ok but im 6 foot 8 so it was not ideal given proximity of items. The staff were not very friendly Bar and restaurants being open was plus and proxmity was good. Will never stay there again
