Our room was NOT ready for checkin. I got my room 5 hrs later

We are truly sorry to hear about the delay with your check in. We make every effort to have rooms available for our guest at our 3pm check in time. However if there are special requests a guest as made for location or room types, this can cause a delay with the arrival process to ensure we are meeting all your needs.
