There was a hockey team that basically took over the pool area. The team was super loud and we could barely hear the tv. I phoned front desk to ask them to talk to the team to quiet down but they said that they wouldn’t do anything until 10. Couldn’t use the pool or hot tub , plus extremely noisy. I will not return. Very disappointed with the apathy/inaction from front desk
