Each of our three bedrooms is warm and inviting, with calming decor and plush carpets. We’ve thought of every detail: the rooms offer USB lamps for charging devices, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage, ensuring your vacation is as relaxed as possible.

The primary bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, a luxurious memory foam mattress, and an ensuite bathroom. It’s the perfect room for families with young kids, as there’s ample space for a Pack ‘n’ Play (provided).

The second bedroom is cute and cozy, with a comfortable queen-size bed and a peaceful ambience. The third bedroom offers two full-sized beds, great for kids or extra guests. Carefully decorated with vibrant art and bright colors, each tranquil space will be a welcome haven after a day of lake adventures.

This beautiful home away from home has two full bathrooms for your utmost convenience. We provide plenty of starter amenities to ensure your comfort, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, and makeup-removal towels. Feel free to pack light!

The ensuite bathroom attached to the primary bedroom has a large walk-in shower, a single sink vanity, and plenty of counter space and storage. The shower also has a handheld shower head to make bathing young kids a little easier.

The guest bathroom offers a full bath and shower combination alongside a single sink vanity. Like the ensuite bathroom, a handheld shower head gives you an easy bathing option for little ones.

This peaceful home boasts a comfortable, well-apportioned kitchen and living space that your whole family can enjoy.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook your favorite meals, from utensils and dish ware/bakeware to modern appliances. Our double-door refrigerator and full-sized dishwasher make meal prep and cleanup as enjoyable as the meal itself. Coffee connoisseurs will love the coffee maker and complimentary Folgers coffee; take that first cup onto the patio and watch the morning light spill over the lake.

The dining area adjacent enjoys plenty of natural light, thanks to its proximity to the sliding glass doors. Gather up to six around the dining table for a delicious family meal or relaxing breakfast.

The relaxing living room boasts modern decor and a cozy sectional couch and an air mattress and extra sheets in the living room, ensuring a comfortable stay and a perfect place to sprawl after a fun-filled day exploring Lake Havasu City. Stream your favorite shows on the large, flat-screen smart TV (set up with Hulu and Netflix) or break out the board games. Our home boasts a complimentary propane BBQ grill, allowing you to enjoy grilling at its finest. Gas up your appetite, let the good times sizzle, and embark on your culinary adventures. Please note that while the propane tanks may not be full, they can be easily refilled by guests. So don't worry, we've got you covered - simply send us the receipt from the propane exchange, and we'll happily reimburse you for the cost, ensuring your grilling experience is always top-notch!

Our guests will enjoy access to the entire home and garage. Spread across a single story, it’s a great place for multigenerational families or those with accessibility needs. Please note that there is a single step to the front door and a step into the ensuite shower.

We’ve included carefully considered amenities throughout the property, including a starter kit with toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and the whole property enjoys free fast Wi-Fi.

Guests can self-check-in with the keypad.

Parking is available on the driveway. Please note that like many properties in the area, the driveway is steep to provide a great vantage point of the lakes. Level street parking and slightly sloped gravel parking are also available.

Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, which is sent in advance via email.
A $150.00 security deposit is required against any potential damage or loss of items.
Long-term stays are welcome!
Guest communication is always available 8am-9pm, but may not be available overnight.

☆☆ PET POLICY ☆☆

Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets ($50 per stay, per pet). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.

☆☆ GARAGE ☆☆

You are welcome to park your vehicles, boat, jet skis, trailers or dirt bikes inside the garage. Please note that the garage door needs to be opened and closed manually. There is no garage door clicker.

Please be aware that any sedan or 2-door vehicle will scrape its undercarriage when entering the garage. The driveway is steep and flattens out at the top. You are advised to park these types of vehicles in front of the home or backward on the driveway, with your emergency brake on.
