The breakfast was brutal. The hallways were disgusting. The room heater was louder then a tractor engine. The jetted tub was louder then a jet engine. The fire place doesn't turn on.
There was a vent in the bathroom hanging from the ceiling. We cancelled after one night even though we likely will pay for two.

Dear Mr. John, Firstly, you should read & understand how the third party application and policy works and increase the knowledge about the same. No one would stay in a room with almost everything non-functional as you mentioned above. Still you had stayed for a night without making any cancellation or raising a complaint to front desk & Expedia partner. Hence, it proves that you bad review is just to defame the hotel, as something does not work according to your wish. We do not encourage such kind of guest. Thanks,Super 8 Gananoque

Advertised hot breakfast, all we got was a paper bag with juice, yogurt and a muffin. Drain in bathroom was very slow draining. Beds were comfy but lumpy pillows. Rooms are big and clean and liked the view from the window.

Please note that it is clearly mentioned on Expedia website about FRE On the GO - Breakfast during our winter season. We do serve FREE Continental/Hot breakfast during our peak season. While booking online, please make sure to go through services provided by hotel which is briefly mentioned, so as to avoid disappointment during the stay.
