OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A heated pool with a sun deck and outdoor seating are yours to enjoy. The pool is heated seasonally (November-April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. The outdoor shower provides an added convenience. The sunroom/lanai are also accessible from the pool area.

PARKING: There is private, gated parking for one small vehicle. On-street parking in the neighborhood may also be available.
