Great views. No internet in accommodation outside the owner's house. Poor service

Thank you for your review, we enjoyed having you here. I am sorry that the Horizon Satellite has not been able to fix the reception issue yet for your room. It is hard for me as an owner, since I pay for the very service you say you have NOT received. I have had them 2 x to fix the problem this summer and it has continued but for your room only for that I apologize. I have bought a new extension for the newly installed wifi they put in and so far, it's working well. I apologize for the breakdown. I want nothing more than happy guests.
