Skønt ophold centralt i Hong Kong

Grand Hyatt er et skønt hotel med første klasses beliggenhed centralt i Hong Kong. Super faciliteter som fitness, swimmingpool, restauranter og barer. Vi benyttede både fitness, pool og bar faciliteter og oplevede rigtig god service. Værelserne er store og rene

Fantastisk hotel men også et hotel i den dyre ende

Vi har haft et fantastisk ophold. Skønt hotel, gode faciliteter og område på og omkring hotellet og rengøring/oprydning på værelser 2 gange dagligt Hvis vi skal sige noget negativt, så er det priserne på div madsteder tilhørende hotellet og specielt morgenmaden. Ellers en god oplevelse

Gym, swimming pool, rooms and shower all excellent. Close to 2 MTR stations. Timing of cleaners could be earlier (before 5pm- when we used to get back to room). Overall hotel was excellent and staff were heldful and friendly (all room requirements requested beforehand were completed). Thank you

From start to finish it was a perfect stay. The transit from the airport, the check-in, friendly service, one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Special mention should be made of the Grand Club with its outstanding service

Very nice hotel and would stay there again. Food is definitely overpriced but overall I believe it has good value and services. They actually had my room available and let me in that morning when I arrived. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Overall great experience at this hotel
