The entire trip was seamless. I barely had to think. I could relax with my 3 kids.

Excellent staff, views were amazing. I accidentally left some of my belongings and they secured it for me. I will definitely come back asap!

Beautiful property, all staff were friendly & helpful however the food options especially the breakfast options were very limited, they served the same thing everyday for breakfast for the 4 mornings I spent there. The AC went out one night & they had no one to check on it or fix it so I basically had to sleep in the warm room until the next day. There was a ceiling fan but it did not do much as it was still very warm with it on. The restaurant on the resort was tasty but expensive & not many options. They did not provide water in the rooms so you either had to drink the tap or buy water. The room had a stove but no microwave which was a bit inconveniencing. When needing a taxi to go anywhere they definitely overcharged the tourist, the resort called taxi driver & they took a percentage of the money that they make. I enjoyed the free water activities that they offered & the free shuttle to the beach, no other free shuttle basics the beach & airport (only if booked through them) were offered.

We investigated the matter and rectified and is doing same for all rooms to ensure this does not happen in the future; however, we do know how technology can be at times.We apologize for the inconvenience of not providing water in the rooms. We will explore options to make water more readily available to our guests.Your comments about the restaurant pricing and limited options have been duly noted, and we will review our menu offerings to provide better value and variety to our guests.We appreciate your feedback on the microwave and while some rooms are equipped with these, our standard rooms are not and will consider adding this amenity for future guest convenience.We take your concerns about taxi services seriously and will address them with our transportation partners to ensure fair pricing and transparency for all guests.We're glad to hear that you enjoyed our complimentary water activities and shuttle service to the beach. Our room was beautiful! We couldn't have asked for more from the room. There was a slight issue with our A/C unit and were given another room to sleep in for one night. Which was fine, but definitely not our beautiful room. Our bed was very nice and linens great. I would definitely stay again.

Cleveland, Brant, Hope, Linthia Karen, and Cynthia were among the staff members that stood out. They were all kind, attentive, and accommodating to all our needs and plans. Cleveland gave us a tour, and provided us with water because we arrived early in the morning. The property hosts weekly events that were exciting to discover and join allowing guests and locals to mingle and enjoy the culture of food, dance and music. The House of chocolate in the resort was especially convenient when the heat emerged. Thank you for giving us the best experience on our first trip to Grenada.

This property was very UNDERWHELMING! The food was awful and the service was poor. Our room was basic, no view and we could hear the guests upstairs when they walked about. The staff never smiled or engaged with the guests.

From the online reservation, to the actual arrival and stay on the property, everything was perfect. The staff was very attentive and courteous.
