    The property is designed for comfortable longer stays in a quiet rural environment while still being within easy reach of Robina, the M1, and the Gold Coast.

    The house sits on a large private property with gardens, walking paths, and a private lake. The environment is quiet, private, and suited to residents who are looking for space, privacy, and a hinterland lifestyle while still being close to the Gold Coast.



    This is a rural residential environment and guests are expected to respect neighbours, noise limits, and the peaceful surroundings.



    **Access & Living Arrangements**

    The rental includes private use of the main house and surrounding outdoor areas.



    The owners and a groundskeeper live onsite in separate self-contained areas of the property. This does not impact privacy or use of the main residence, and interaction is minimal unless assistance is required.

    Guest Access:

    The booking is for the entire main house (upstairs), which is not shared at all and is used exclusively by booked guests.



    A groundskeeper team lives in a separate lower-level area, which is fully self-contained, not accessible to guests, and out of sight from guest spaces.



    The owners also live onsite in a separate, self-contained section of the property. You may occasionally see us or the groundskeepers coming and going. We respect guest privacy.

We celebrated my 60th with family & friends. Absolutely loved the location & home. It was more than we imaged. From the amazing kichen, ample space in every room & our favourite hang out the games room & bar area. Our host Steve was always obliging & attending our needs promptly. Washing machine & dryer advertised however this was not available for our use. Unfortunately the linen was not ok. Sheets & quilt covers stained & every towel was stained & some had holes in them.
