Great room, and a very clean hotel. You must consider that it is an old building though. Parking was safe and complimentary for guests. But, the area is full of homeless. My body wash was empty, demonstrating a lack of attention to detail. The hotel is not staffed enough at night. My TV wasn’t working around 1am, and the desk person explained they were the only one working, and therefore couldn’t do anything for me at that time. Also, their bar advertised happy hour beginning at 4pm, but after arriving to a closed bar at that time, the front desk informed me the bartender was running 30 minutes late. Overall, attention to detail was found lacking, but the price was incredible for the lovely room you receive. Will consider staying again with lower expectations.

Everyone was really nice at the front desk , it was easy to check in. The restaurant was very nice , and the convenience of the mini store inside was great !

As soon as I checked in I noticed there was bed bugs. They couldn’t move me to another room or another hotel. They told me to contact Expedia, Expedia told me to send pictures I did . Then was told to contact the hotel. Nobody was able to help me and as I was forced to stay in that room and not use the bed for 3 nights.

I had an amazing time. From the roof top pool to checking in just in time for the happy hour! The front desk man was really nice too!

Property was nice, and organized with a decent fitness center. The rooms was not as good the toilet had issues and room did feel tidy. Breakfast was good in the morning, so the whole experience was ok.

The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.

AC does not work properly, but the humming voids the street noise. It’s clean and nice staff, most likely won’t stay here again.

This place was trash. Toilet clogged up. Shower had low water pressure. Shower plug was missing. Overall not a good experience.

I did like the convience to where we had to travel to every day and the price wasn't horrible in comparison to other places. The rooms are decent except our door took a lot of effort to open and close and was very noisy. It was also out of body wash and had no wash cloths or a blow dryer and the phone didn't work. I had to go obtain all of that from the front desk. The last at the front desk when I checked in was pleasant but the rest of the employees were curt and didn't seem to want to help.

The customer service was good and bad. It seemed as through the male employees were more pleasant and helpful than their female counterparts.

Desperately needs upgraded and maintained. Stayed in two different rooms. First room horrible- paint peeling on bathroom door, broken coffee maker, extremely small bathroom, poor water pressure, carpet dirty - second room bigger (not bathroom), coffee maker broken again (4 exchanges), slow drain in shower, etc etc. The ONLY positive rating I can give were the employees - outstanding. Love IHG hotels but would NOT stay here again.

It hits a price pt. Downtown is ugly. lots of drug users, but close to the Kennedy assignation area. UPToWN is super nice but comes with a bend over price

There are two people that I would like to highlight during my stay. The first one is David who worked at the front desk. He went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure my stay was accommodated and comfortable. He had an excellent personality at all times! The next person I’d like to highlight is the young man who worked in the dining area. I can’t remember his name, but he was a host and he took excellent care of me and everyone else that ate breakfast each morning. Dynamic service! The only thing that I would complain about is the bad smell throughout the hotel. You can tell it’s a little outdated, but the rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast here is excellent! I would stay here again because it’s very convenient for all of your downtown shopping and entertainment.

This property was horrible it’s smells had flea everywhere I would not recommend the Ac in the room was super loud the hall way floor was soak and wet and smelll also. We tried to enjoy the pool area which is the best part of the hotel the pool hours post was until midnight at 10 we were instructed to leave the pool it closes at 10p not midnight which is posted everywhere

I was a little skeptical about making the reservation because of other reviews but I really enjoyed my stay. The tall security guard at the front desk took real good care of me. He’s a true leader! I hate I forgot his name. Anyway, he’s super tall so you can’t miss him. Solid guy!!! From the room, bar (Thrive), and breakfast it fit our needs perfectly. Thanks so much! I will be returning.
