I stayed 3 nights and my room wasnt cleaned once and only had 2 towels , thankfully i pack my own linens when i travel

Room was dirty. Tub dirty and hair in the sink when we checked in. No amenities included.

Check in took a long time even late at night. The room was not fully clean. There was trash from the people before and dirty towels still hanging.

Very old property. Beds were fine and linens clean. Very cramped bathroom. Killed a roach in the bathroom. Ok for an overnight sleep.

When attempting to check in we were told we had booked a smoking room. If so it was inadvertent as we have allergies. Clerk said there was a non-smoking available so we asked to be changed. Clerk said she couldn’t do that. Hotel was filthy and unsafe. Door to check in was even kept locked. We didn’t stay and may never get a refund but it wasn’t acceptable. We weren’t expecting much but it was too bad to stay n
