Paguera er et turist mekka
Hotellet som sådan var fint men det værelse vi fik lå i kælderen og luftede muggent og af kælder. Vores badtøj havde svært ved at tørre pga dårlig indeklima i rummet. Værelset lå ud til en lille vej hvor der var meget støj og larm så man ikke kunne have døren åben. Servicen på hotellet var ok. Personalet antog man var tysker fordi >80% af gæsterne var det. Området er meget turistet og især fyldt med tyske turister. Hotellet havde ingen privat strand og der var pakket med fik så man lå som sild i en tønde. Alle menu kort og informationer angives på tysk. Det var ikke særlig gode spise steder i nærheden (bierhaus, pizza og burger barer!) så vi kørte til port andratx 2 aftner.

Lyden af bølgeskvulp fra altanen.
Lækkert hotel med super beliggenhed, næsten i vandkanten ved dejlig sandstrand. Vores altan lå med havudsigt og sol det meste af dagen og sikke en udsigt ud over hele bugten. Mellem hotel og strandpromenaden var en flot park/have som blev ordnet af havemænd hver dag og her kan desuden bestilles ny grillede fisk og bøf, drinks, kaffe mv. i disse smukke omgivelser. Personalet var meget venlige og servicemindede på hele hotellet. Husk endelig at bestille morgenbuffet, for der blev disket op med masser af frisk frugt, nylavede omeletter efter egen smag/valg af en venlig kok, der var mængder af pålæg, ost og meget andet tilbehør. Utroligt søde, smilende, hjælpsomme og venlige tjenere. Et lille minus: sengene mangler topmadrasser, men ALT andet er helt i top. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage.

Secrets Villamil is a fantastic hotel, high quality, and very relaxing environment. The staff are all friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They even gave us a free upgrade to a larger room with large balcony compared to what we had originally booked. The room was very spacious and comfortable and like the rest of the hotel it was spotlessly clean. We don't normally take the half board option but were delighted we did as the food selection, quality and dining service was excellent both for breakfast and dinner. For me the best part of the hotel is the beach front location. The rear of the hotel and the outlook from the beautiful lansdscaped grounds, wonderful pool area on the terrace or the external bar terrace area is stunning. I have to commend the staff who are responsible for the maintenance of the trees, garden and external pool areas as they were all immaculate. Especially considering there was a storm the day before we arrived, they very quickly tidied up the storm debris and brought everything back to being pristine within 24 hours! The sun beds are very high quality and there are none of the usual shortages you can get at other hotels. The ability to stay in the secure hotel grounds but only be 25 to 50 yards to the beach and sea if you want it is fab. We had a great time and would like to thank all the hotel staff for making such a memorable weeks stay. We have already recommended the hotel to some other family members and friends!

This hotel has all the potential to be a “5 star” hotel, but it just misses the mark. It is very understaffed, with employees working multiple jobs in one day and even at the same time, leaving guests waiting for service at every point: at the valet, checking in, guest services, restaurants, pool, etc. There wasn’t even anyone to greet us upon arrival and I ended up having to hunt someone down to valet my car. Spanish hospitality is very hard to come by and this hotel is no exception. The “all-inclusive” option is a hoax, the restaurants try really hard to be fine-dining establishments by making you wait in between “courses” and adding embellishments to meals, but the food is just not good and don’t even step foot into that “Asian” restaurant, if you could even call it that. The breakfast and dinner buffets at first glance seem pretty good, but upon a closer look, you’ll find foods that have been sitting out for hours with no temperature control, flies infesting the fruit and meats, and overall very underwhelming. The only saving grace in terms of food is the poolside eatery, but again the wait for service is very long. Now the rooms are ok, just think Best Western or Motel 6 unless you have the foresight to book one of the “club member” rooms, which I thought when I paid over $5500 for 7 nights for an ocean view balcony room would afford me at least a “3 star” hotel room, but no; peeling paint, 2 twin beds pushed together to make, and terrible AC. Don’t waste your money!

This is not a 5 star hotel ….. at best 3.5/4 star… Staff was pleasant, but require more training in certain areas especially if they want to be a proper 5 site…… we stayed in a non smoking room above the Smoking area down bellow on the ground floor, so could not enjoy the fresh air from our balcony

Mycket trevligt hotell, perfekt läge, rymliga rum (Double Delux sea view), sköna sängar och stor möblerad balkong. Frukostmatsal med härlig utedel och god mat. Väldigt vänlig och serviceinriktad personal. Vi stannade 11 dagar och är väldigt nöjda! Återvänder gärna!

Muito caro pra pouco benefício
O quarto é muito ruim, pagamos 80 euros por upgrade, já que o primeiro era péssimo, o segundo quarto em tese seria vista para o mar, mas na verdade o que víamos era um telhado, o banheiro é minúsculo, não há nenhuma cortesia, nem mimos como estamos acostumadas nos hotéis de nível 5 estrelas, isto pq informei na entrada que era aniversário da minha companheira. Piscina do hotel é muito pequena. Única vantagem é ser em frente à praia.

Positiv: Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauberes, ansprechendes Zimmer, großes Bad, schöner Balkon zur Meerseite, Frühstück und Abendessen werden optional im Freien serviert, der Preferred-Club bietet kleine Sacks und Getränke von früh bis spät Negativ: Der Eingang zum Hotel befindet sich an der wenig ansprechenden Touristenmeile des Ortes. Größtes Manko ist das Missverhältnis zwischen Anzahl der Gäste und dem viel zu kleinen Außenbereich mit Mangel an Liegen, die ab 7 Uhr mit Handtüchern belegt sind. Die Qualität der Speisen war ordentlich, aber der Speiseplan wenig abwechslungsreich (Corona?). Der Ausschank von kostenlosen alkoholischen Getränken im Preferred-Club verleitet bestimmte Gästegruppen zum Daueraufenthalt. Das Hotel entspricht maximal einer vier Sterne-Kategorie.

Alles bestens, wunderschöne Zimmer, einzigartige Lage, sehr nettes, kompetentes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. 5 Sterne Niveau. Sehr zu empfehlen!
