If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, Hollywood Inn Boutique Hotel is the perfect choice. Old furniture and smells bad. Location and staff were good. Layout of the jacuzzi was not comfortable as well electricity cutting out, no hot water at times

This is EXPEDIA problem, I booked 5 rooms 4 nights, One of my guest came one night late and left one night early. In both cases I informed the hotel staff (personally and via EMAIL before 24 hours) however they couldn't (as they claimed) approve the two nights deduction because i have to modify on EXPEDIA.
Well Expedia won't let you modify your reservation or simply they hide it in a way that you can not find it
and i end up paying two extra night.
I even tried to find complain section on EXPEDIA website without luck.
SO The hotel OK Expedia is not.
