Overrated

I don’t know what is 5 stars about this hotel. It was more of a 3 stars: there was a minibar with 2 waters. 2 cocacola and 2 beers and 2 juices, 1 buts and 1 chips. And 3 coffee espresso and 3 tea. There was no help from the lobby people to carry my luggage, and they have only stairs. There was a very old man when I arrived who walled around looking like he is there to help carrying the luggage, because when people check in he just rolls it to the side, but they don’t lift it up the stairs. When I checked out there was a young man and he asked me if I wanted to leave the luggage in storage, and when I said no he said ok just go down the stairs here madam. They don’t help you at all. The room had the standard 3 star things: towels, a bathrobe and slippers, and soap and shampoo. No toothbrush or other small cute toiletaires. This hotel is very proud of their view and swing in the reception, buts its all they have to offer. The breakfast os 30 eur per person, so relax, this is what you get at a dinner for 2 people with starters and a main. I enjoyed the bed and the pillows, very comfortable, but this hotel was definitely not worth my montly house rent for the night.
