Sangat mengecewakan. Chek in baru bisa dilakukan jam 4.30 pm.dgn alasan laundry belum datang !!!.
Kamar mandi banjir setelah di buat mandi. Pada saat komplaint kamar mandi banjir petugas datang 30 mt kemudian itupun sampai di call 3x.
