Convenient comfortable relaxing. Honest people left my phone in casino lady room and it was handed in to staff

My friend and I had a wonderful 24 hours at the sky city hotel.
From the friendly staff who could not do enough to help us have a wonderful stay.
Cormfortable beds, great view, on site parking

This is a great hotel, so close to everything in the city. We had a premium twin suite which was really spacious, clean and a pleasure to stay in. Would definitely come back here when visiting Auckland again.

No instructions about how to how to operate the equipment.
I stayed 5 days but was given the construction site side, while others staying only one or two nights were given the quiet side. More thought required into what it's like to be a guest is required.

I apologise for the inconvenience of facing the construction site for the duration of your stay. We only aim to satisfy our guests and give them an exceptional stay so it is disappointing to hear that we have missed the mark on this occasion. We do allocate rooms based on what we have available at the time of check in but I'm sure the team would have been more than happy to arrange a room move if they'd been made aware.
I hope we can welcome you back again one day in the future and give you a more positive experience.
